Wanted FJ62 for winter ride

Am looking for an FJ62 to purchase. I have been actively looking in my area for about 2 and a half years. Where I live, they are either $12K trailer queens, or they are piles of scrap that people THINK are worth giant piles of cash. I am looking for a vehicle that will bust through the mountains of snow here in Erie PA. Rust doesn't scare me, I fact I encourage it, because of what I am going to use the rig for. Originally I bought this to do an engine swap, my circumstances have changed, it is for sale. 1983 BJ 60 5 speed power steering, no air. Totally driveable, rusty. Has burned virtually no oil in the last 1500 miles. mileage is 326k kilometers or about 203,000 miles. starts easily, blows almost no smoke. Totally stock from what I can tell. Inner frame rails are bad, body is relatively bad, though I have no concerns driving it. It is registered in Montana, I have all the legal import paperwork, and I legally imported it but I did not have an old BC registration so I had to get a ($100) bonded title. I would like $4000 out of it, as that's much less than I have into it.

I have a new pump thermostat and fan clutch ready to put in it. The ac tensioner pully but striped out so I have up. It did not overheat. Have rebuilt the knuckles with a kit from cruiser outfitters including inner axel seals and replaced the calipers and rotors. New battery also. 1989 FJ62 (Big Red) with 122,500 or so miles, asking $13,500. My DD, so mileage is slowly increasing. No rust that I've found. PO resprayed the red, it's a decent job, but there are a few drips and some overspray, as well as a couple of scratches and two cracks near the gas filler door (see photos). PO had the tranny rebuilt in 2012, but it's been shifting a little above where the normal set points are at times (mostly shifts as normal). At the end of 2003, TLC4x4 in California performed a first-class conversion of my 1987 FJ60 with 2" OME and 33" BFGs to fuel-injected, OBD2 4.3L Vortec (factory new in 2003), and H55F (factory new in 2003). After 11 years of daily use, it's still in great cosmetic condition as well as mechanically sound - I drive it 70 mph daily to work and get a consistent 15 mpg (highway) / 14 mpg city, 4WD works great during 2-3 off-road trips each year, interior is aging a bit but still in decent shape, AC blows good and cold, and I've kept up with routine maintenance (oil & belt changes, new BFG AT's in December 2012, suspension lube, coolant flush) as well as a few typical repairs (brake service in 2011, steering pump in 2012, rear main seal in...
