Extremely Original 033 white fj40. 2 owners prior to me. I have every receipt and service record going back to 1983. The first owner was a retired professor that passed away in 1995 and it was then bought by a retired woman who passed in 2017. It was sold new in Prescott AZ and stayed in the area. Now it’s with me in Northern CA. Front floor boards were professionally replaced and all floors were repainted due to the A/C drain not routed outside correctly. Original paint, 98k original and documented miles, 100 miles on rebuilt trans and t case. Absolutely nothing altered. Runs and drives absolutely perfect. No p/s aftermarket a/c. Seat skins are new, dash is cracked and headliner needs to be replaced. Asking $30k

Bought from original owner last year. Last licensed in 1996. Sat outside through a bad snow year that crushed top. I got a replacement top and spare rain gutter to replace.

Came across this craigslist ad. This guy is asking $120k for a "all original" FJ40. I thought he meant $12k...but based on the way he describes it as "This FJ40 falls into the top 5% of all original land cruisers." I don't think that is the case. We have had this FJ for 1 year. Bought it in Hawaii, and shipped it here. I have been an FJ enthusiast on the US mainland for years and know the shortage of good quality FJ40's. I felt it was my duty to bring this one where it would be appreciated. Low mileage (80K), little rust (only surface), will need new exhaust and tires in the next 2 years.
