Full dash, cleaned, registers installed and with some protectant wiped on.

Dash bezel was looking a bit wretched so I cleaned it down, scuffed up a bit and threw down a few coats of Duplicolor. Came out pretty good.

I have never seen anyone restore the switch assembly on the steering column. That's insanity.

That's absolutely off the chain!!!!!

(and now I need to decide if my wallet can handle doing the same)

Good work Onur! Do the wiring right, and it'll give you no issues.

I'm in the same boat!! Geeking out hardcore over here over this 60's part porn.

Onur, what's wit the zip-tied foam? I feel a McGyver job going here...one that I might need to steal. :)

I used a similar approach with adhesive weatherstrip foam tape and worked quite well.

I have a NOS air-con vent in packaging, how rare is it?

I wasn't planning on selling it, just wether I should use it or put it in a time capsule. :)

Good idea on the foam around the plumbing, I'm going to copy that.

Man O, this is truly over the top. Although captivating and suspenseful too.

Isn't there some kind of "sum of all parts 60" button you can hit on that computer? That would save you a lot of time searching for part numbers!

Just sayin'.....you're this far already....

I wish. Every part is its own part, in its own world, doing its thing. That the nature of parts within a system.

Now is a good time to switch the center vents to the type that close should you want to add that option.

They are discontinued.

Basically all HVAC, dash, and steering column components for FJ60/62 are now discontinued. Here and in Japan since I have been requesting many of them from either David Stedman or Amayama.com for the past 30 days in preparation.

Used only.
