4 - 35x12.5x17 Ironman All Country M/T tires mounted on Black Rock 17x9 steel wheels (six lug). Wheels are pretty heavy steel and were great on the 80 for wheeling. Valve stems are tucked in nicely, inset of the wheel face.
The tires are well...
These are exact relicas of the OEM Toyota and same material thickness per component, reverse engineered. Made by my supplier in Taiwan. Held within .005" tolerances like all my other machined parts for my 80 axles.
USMCA stamp shops wanted $4...
@Kernal a lot of unnecessary posts in here, despite someone pointing out that @Outsane sells exactly what you want. You'll be pleasantly surprised how well his ignition trim ring fits, despite your material concerns.
If memory serves me right, he was working out of Tommy's in West Chester. Just looked through some threads and it doesn't look like he's been active on the club page recently. Hope you find someone.
The one I print fits well and covers the area with a lip for mounting. So if the ignition is not perfectly concentric it still works.
Finding a flexible material in near the same color is not easy.
Try mine out, I think you will like it.
I don't see Roadwire mentioned too much around here so decided to post a separate thread. For those that don't know about Roadwire, they've been around for decades and sell leather for hundreds of makes/model. If you've ever seen leather sold as...
I can't speak highly enough about Georg, Jocelyn and Roark at Valley Hybrids. Fantastic experience. Super fair and incredibly helpful. Their reputation is well deserved!
Installed a long range fuel cell in preparation for a trip north into the Canadian Rockies, to the Arctic Ocean, and back down through Alaska this summer. @rubicondon53 got a really cool LRT installed in his 80 last year and I was super impressed...
So I have received two CDL actuators one from an 80 and one from a 100. Initially it looked easy enough to make a transition harness that would allow the 100 series to plug into the 80 series harness. However, while the 5 pin plug looks like the...
Here's an option from fellow Mud member @Outsane

I've purchased several of his 3D printed parts and have been really happy with the product and speed of delivery.
We've had a lot of fun on the northeast property over the years. I find that I still don't feel familiar on that side of the highway. I remember a day when Andy was the first (and only) truck to make it up a hill and had to winch everyone else...
It's scary how happy he is when he wants to do something stupid.
HAHAHAHA ... NO
I'm saying no ... Andy is telling him to send it.
It's fine, this will be just fine.
... and he's down. I have no words ... missed the pic of him nose down...
It was a super casual day, showed up to very empty parking lot unloaded air down paid our subscription fee (anyone else feel this admission is getting a little expensive? $70 for the day $60 on top of that for the membership fee?)
While...
In typical Andy fashion, we jumped right in with no warm up trails ... let's start with a red trail
This isn't so bad ... everything is fine.
The pics never show how big obstacles really are.
Over the rock and around the corner.
Yesterday's route. We covered a bit of ground, but since it was just 3 of us in 2 rigs, we did a lot of scouting and walking to get better acquainted with the NE property.
We met at 9am and the park was almost empty. Odd for such a beautiful...
