Feb 1971, last year with the hood ornament..... I also have the optional rust

How did I miss this the first time? (Must have been chasing moose).
Looks like I'm in the majority..
Used to have a '72 (Infected with the Salt Lake City curse).
Now it's a 10/'69.

Very modified 67

I have the super rare 4/73. With the cool big back up light, the crappy F-155, and several other unique attributes to the tub for that very short duration of build. Factory bucket seats and floor shift, not quite sure when that became standard, but it wasn't much earlier. All dash pads, with the factory radio hole. Even had the AM tuner, but it doesn't work anymore. Long jump seats, no factory rollbar. Rear windows are not inset like earlier hardtops, the rubber and comes out onto the outside surface of the hardtop, and the glass is flush with the external metal. Not sure when the change occured, but had to be in 72 or so???? Makes for a more attractive window in my opinion.

I wish fate had smiled upon me, and that my dad had bought the late 73/74 back in 77 used from a guy, so I had the F1/2 and 4 speed. But he found my 73 instead, and that is how it goes.

Stock '73 ('cept for wheels and carb).

The only thing that tells you mine is a 1974 model is the manufacturers plate on the firewall. The gal chassis is a 1976, all the running gear is out of a 1984 model, the 2H diesel is out of a 1987 75 series. The bezel is 1965, tub is fibregalss rep of a 1976 but extend by 6 and half inches.

Windscreen, guards, bonnet 1984 design in fibreglass. Instrument cluster & switches 1984 model, but general appearance it looks like 1974 model FJ43.
