Took her out in a bit of lake effect snow. Other than these 5 minutes she'll be in the garage all winter

Put on the windshield frame after putting the wiper motor and linkage in, along with the wires for it and the dome light. Rebuilt the coolant tank bracket. Of course had to drill holes in later model fenders. Put the front seats in. Set up the brakes, did a ruff toe end adj. Reset the choke and idle mixture. Put some pretty covers over the battery terminals, installed the new marker lights. Drove it for the first time since starting the rebuild about 1230 Christmas morning. Damn it was cold!

Came up with this to get around cutting the Line X out of grommet holes. Found the plugs at Ace. Bout ready go back and choke the S@#t out of the guys who sprayed it.

Drove it the first time with the toe end like this, damn scaring above 40. Engine worked its self out runs good. Trying to get the rear heater working now, think it may be the ground.

Thanks Michael, long way from being done but its getting there. Figured out what was wrong with the rear heater after pulling it apart. Gotta get back to making some money.

Is that like King of the Hill?

You're pushing 60 mph there Nolan; living close to the edge! :p

But not for too long, so says the ol gas gauge.....:hillbilly:

Drove the dog sh....poop out of it! Little sucker will go pretty good if you got the balls to push it, glad we didn't put a 350 in it.

Country Roads.....got to love them!

Oh, for my rig, as I was driving in this morning, I had a "Brake Check" moment! I was doing about 40-mph, two does passed well in front and I could see a third on the side...well, the third made a late decision that almost cost it, it's life! Lucky my new brakes locked my 40 down without swerving and hitting the deer nor the on-coming cars.....and I drove on!

@gator25 Nolan I am also glad you kept the old straight six! Excellent work btw! Looking good.
