Might try disconnecting the battery for around 10 mins, reconnect and re-assess. Might also try and dry out that door switch if it's got moisture in it.

No need to post across multiple threads and certainly no need to start replacing parts just yet. Pull the plastic kick panels and look for signs of water getting into your plugs. Almost all electrical problems on this series seem to come from water getting into those connectors. If you find that water has been there, you need to start looking for how it got there (blocked sunroof drains, improper cowl sealing after windshield replacement, etc.). There are tons of threads on here about this.
Nice. How long it take you? Do it with steering wheel on ?
did you have a heated steering wheel and if so can you still feel the heat?
I removed the wheel and took about 2 hoursNice. How long it take you? Do it with steering wheel on ?

Did you take my advice from your other posting and check for water damaged electrical connectors in the door sills?

Don’t think the heated wheel was introduced before the 2008 model year in the US…possible he never had a heated wheel?I’m not the OP, but I have this steering wheel cover and the heated wheel works great.

It is not. I believe LRA’s comes from The Cruiser Company, who built my rear bumper. This one is from Emuwing. I prefer the frame on Emu’s vs TCC, and they offer it in tempered glass, which is what I have. I absolutely love this thing. I only did one side because I wasn’t sure how it would turn out or if I would like/use it all that often. Since the swing-aways went on, I use it a ton and will be doing the other side before long. I can even speak to build quality, as I have accidentally left this open up to highway speeds with no damage, though I wouldn’t recommend purposely doing thatLooks fantastic! Is that LRA's gullwing? Thanks for the details! Interested for sure..It is not. I believe LRA’s comes from The Cruiser Company, who built my rear bumper. This one is from Emuwing. Install is a little involved, but once you’ve done it, the other side will is a cake walk. I did need a little paintwork done. In the window sill, with the frame in place, there was an area where the factory adhesive would still be visible and would NOT come off, even with an eraser wheel. I’ve since learned this is pretty common. Really not a big deal though, I could have done myself if I didn’t already have a good, fairly reasonable, paint guy. 10/10 would recommend if it interests you.

I have mine mounted in the same position, unfortunately I do get a shadow to the rear from the spoiler.Added a Tritium tube to the overhead light switch to find it in the dark.
Added Baja Design S2 Pro light pair to rear cross member, adjustable. Will use as chase lights, camp scene lights and reversing as needed. They are connected to Switch Pro in sunglass holder and can be dimmed as needed and operated from phone while at camp.
Also, not too exciting, touched up underbody with Corrosion Free to prevent rust from treated roads.
Thanks, it is Tritium, just likes the ones on my pistols. Thanks to @Foggy415 for previously posting. Here is linkThat's a great idea! Where did you get this? I doubt it's actually Tritium though.
