93" (7' 9") so I've fortunately got some room to work with.
I only finished the hoist setup today so have yet to marry it to the LX (that has an OEM LC rack). Hoping it'll all be super low profile to minimize aero losses on fwy. The Superlite is about 7" tall with mattress deflated.

Being I can’t compete with you all and your mods…I just picked up a storage box from Roam Adventure. It’s a nice box plenty of room for what I need.

the later generation fuse box is a bit different, besides the fitment of the fuse bars to the left and right of the traditional plug in fuses, the end high beam position also has a raised lip that prevents fully seating an LP add-a-fuse. In the end (after photo) i have used a combination of standard height and LP blocks, which unfortunately requires carrying an inventory of both fuse types.
Are you planning on going to war with your 200, is that for your "slightly" increased engine power or just because you can?
Because... I mean my 200 has been abused in almost every way imaginable (sinking, overturning, barrel rolling, buried in sand, winched up n tree, involuntary preservation by cracked plastic diesel tanks and much more....) but I wouldn't really know what I could need a new and stronger differential housing for
Oh and I would hot dip galvanize the part instead of painting.
You can also do this with the whole car like a friend of mine did with his 100.

This will be our new company car so taking things even further than the last built (see link in sig). We are converting the wagon to a dual cab (Example below) , adding a tray and canopy, full touring setup but it will tow 4495kg and gross vehicle mass ill be 4495kg as well. over hear axle load ratings need to increase to cover the added loads and we are also adding a few other goodies

That's looking so good! I have to say Slee is earning what you're paying in labor, it is a lot of work to install these bumpers right and keep everything working properly. I just installed my ARB front bumper on my 21 over the last couple of days. I figured it took me about 18 hours (doing it alone). It was considerably different than installing an ARB on an FJ40.
Same question regarding swap to Tundra suspension
Removed the factory 3M hood film in preparation for some rock chip repairs. The film pulled up no problem with a warm engine / hot hood from driving around for a while on a hot day.
Going to have Xpel installed on the hood, roof, side mirrors, and headlights sometime in the next few months.

Mine will *snap* into place when you press them hard. That said again I read reviews of a bunch of these and I think sometimes their manufacturing tolerance is crap and they just don't hold right, so even if you order the ones I got you may or may not have success
Thanks. Maybe I'll check the ones I bought and see if one fits better than the others. Also, possibly i wasn't "forceful" enough.

Pulled the front BP-51 coil overs out to reduce the pre-load. I had installed them with the factory 20mm of pre-load meant for diesel/bumper/winch, but it was too much for my bumper/winch setup. The factory setup has 12 threads showing, so I reduced it by 5 which nets out around 12-13mm of pre-load. Much happier with the ride now.

Can you elaborate on what makes you happier with the ride? My BP-51 was installed with 20mm (factory) too and the part I didn't like was lift on the front was too much relative to the rear. It was level front to back when the rear was empty. The problem was rear sag when loaded. I added 30mm spacers to the rear to fix this, mostly because that was easier for me to do that pulling the front apart to reset the preload. I have always really liked how the BP-51 suspension feels but my "feel" is relative to the 125K mile old OEM suspension with a heavy front bumper. The "brake dive" is gone. Stiffer for sure but not too stiff. Did reducing preload "soften" the ride? Did you keep the same shock settings after you adjusted the preload?
Hopefully @DesmoPilot can respond here too, but I'll add my 2 cents. I installed my BP51 about 2 months ago. I noticed right off the front was a bit squirrely/bouncy - not sure how to explain that. It didn't feel bad - Still a cushy nice ride, but definitely different than the stock feel. I added my winch and ARB bumper this last weekend and I noticed immediately it didn't feel as bouncy on the front end and felt more in control like it did stock (not that I felt out of control before, just a noticable difference). I feel like it softened the ride and made it more controlled. I left my shock settings the same as before the ARB install. I don't know if I will adjust my preload more like @desmopliot just did... I'll guess I'll drive it as is for a bit and see.
