^ I've never seen the SF on the 60 but I think the 100 is much more complex relative to replacing the bearing(s) and relative press parts that hold it all together. You need custom press tools, floor press, expensive parts, etc. And no rebuild is going to happen in the field.
However IMO the design of the 100 rear axle bearing system fits its intended market very though...extended maintenance interval for street/mild off-road use and no maintenance typically for a couple hundred thou or more.
But for some of us its a bit of a ticking time bomb...without a way to inspect it. And no way for most home garage types to R&R it.
