I run 265/70-17's but only cause they are standard & there is not much else available in this neck of the woods in 17's... There is some 33" Silverstone MT's I have been eyeing out in 16's though... But I like the 2007 OEM 17's too much to change them, so running Pirelli AT's for now and will see how long they last, had good reviews

New tires are on.. 265/70R18s just to be different and not to add 20lbs of unsprung weight to each corner.

I'm thinking to do the same on my 06. Just want a little more clearance but not drop the MPGs too much since it's my DD. What brand/model tire did you end up with?

BF Goodrich Rugged Terrain ATs. A little noisier but very happy thus far with the size and added height. I wanted to stay with a P rated tire as it weighs the same (41 lbs) as the stock size street tires. Not planning on adding much more weight beyond a front bumper.

Just turned 80k. Had one of my coworkers in the shop replace my coolant line T-fittings. My dealership had to order them from the Toyota dealership down the road; came in two days. My old ones appeared to be in great shape for being 15 years old and having 80k on the clock, but looks can be deceiving!

For future references to others who may do this job, the hardest part (for him) was getting the spring clamps off because the tabs were positioned weirdly. Other than that and having to practically lie down in the engine compartment, the installation was a breeze.

Also changed the oil, did a tire rotation and put a quick coat of wax on her to clean her up a bit. Plus I got a new spare tire because my old one was all dry rotted.

Just had the rear e-locker fixed - works great now.

What was wrong/ how'd you fix it?

Sent from my iPhone using IH8MUD while navigating gnarly trail. Typos are inherent.

Installed an inward facing LED flood light inside my drivers side bumper swingout. I am wiring it to a constant hot with a wireless waterproof two channel switch rated to 5 amps per channel. The idea is to have a light source when the tire carrier is open, that will illuminate my roller drawer, fridge and the rear area around the tailgate when camping.

New OEM cat-back exhaust. Got 257,000 miles out of the last one. I'm not sure how the old one got so dented and smashed.... wait....... yes I am.

Do you have a writeup on this? Specifically what type of fittings you bought to pass-through the ARB body?

Sometimes it is the little things like some Velcro powered organization.

You just got creative points, excellent idea.

Just did a timing belt change on my girlfriend's 2003 2UZ-FE Land Cruiser. I was shocked and horrified that she has NEVER had this service done before...and her cruiser has 200k miles on it. The belt was surprisingly in good condition.

P.S. First post - glad to be here. ;-)

Fixed leaking CV boots, new rear brakes and 90k mile service. Replaced timing belt, water pump, etc. dropped a nice $2K.

See page 25: http://store.arbusa.com/Assets/file/ARB_Fridge_Freezer_MAN_EN.pdf "rated current 12VDC 7.0A" If the OEM outlets are rated for 120W thats a 10amp load so you should be just fine, although it's got to be at least a 40' total run from the battery to the rear port and I don't think that OEM wire is that thick???

Cboyd - that aux fuse panel and wiring in the back is a bigger undertaking than I thought! I'm about halfway done:

You ever write up anything on your wiring install?

Oh - I got lockers.
