Replaced my air filter and topped off the windshield wiper fluid in preparation of the 100's in Hills Event!

Cell phone holder is an awesome part that's cheap.

Mobile detailer finished up a top to bottom and inside/out detail today. Looks and smells like new.

Much cheaper than a car payment...

New LCAs are next. Been sitting in the garage since December.

Changed the fuel filter.

Lifetime fuel filter my a$$...130k miles. Yes, there's water in there, I didn't want to light myself on fire and the metal shavings are self explanatory...but the filter was very dirty indeed.

I pulled the mud flaps off the back of the truck today. The bumper doesn't really seem very stable anymore however... Was this a bad idea, or am I ok without the flaps?

Also getting ready to paint the grill!

I just changed my fuel filter after 15 years and 125k. I'll take it apart and see what it looks like if I have some free time.

Rear mud flap removal. I was going to remove mine and found the same flimsy result you've encountered. I would not leave it like that. You'd be better off trimming the originals back to minimum or finding something else to hold the rear bumper more securely. I read a thread a while back about some guys tracing out the mudflap onto a thick rubber piece and fitting the flapless rubber piece in place of the original.

Or get a steel bumper =)

My thoughts exactly... I'll probably go at them with some kind of saw to get them as small as possible. Not entirely sure why Toyota would make the rear bumper cover structurally dependent on the mud flaps, but whatever haha

I don't quite have the money for a rear bumper at the moment :p Thanks for the advice!

Have you not seen my setup for no mud flaps?

Did a drain and fill on the t-case. Original fluid (170K). It was a tad dark. The amazing thing is when I looked at the magnet. There was NOT one piece of metal shaving on the magnet. Not even sludge.

There's no way I'm chopping my bumper like yours! At least not at the moment :D However, I did end up chopping the mud flaps today for a "delete" look but still retained the structural integrity of the bumper.

Also pulled the fender flares today!

I did the chop and have about 2" remaining on the flap.

As you can see in the picture I have about 3/4-1" at the longest part on the flap, you almost don't even notice them unless you're looking.

Also got a new CB Antenna today and threw it on my truck.
