Some 4500k OSRAM NightBreakers with Morimoto XB35 ballasts. These things: D2S: XB35 2.0 (35w) - https://www.morimotohid.com/morimoto-d2s-35w-xb-hid-ballasts?quantity=1&utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=google&utm_campaign=16739567751&utm_content=_m_&gclsrc=aw.ds&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiA7NO7BhDsARIsADg_hIay6Bt4E0QLcHxgQ7WKkgG7CtpuraKMDUjrAOtCGbNtQgrp7zIz1D8aAjdgEALw_wcB

I wanted 'white' light without it having a blue tint, so I eventually settled on the 4500k. These are the ones: XENARC NIGHT BREAKER 220 D2S | OSRAM Automotive - https://www.osram.com/ecat/XENARC%20NIGHT%20BREAKER%20220-Xenon%20headlight%20lamps-Truck%20lighting-Automotive/com/en/GPS01_4099741/ZMP_4068602/

I'd be more than happy to sell you a set of caps! I'm going to be finishing my install in the next day or two and I'll get some more pictures and make sure I don't have any issues.
Any idea if those caps would work for an LC? I haven’t looked into light upgrades much so might be a dumb question

LCs are actually easier in some regards from what I understand - you don't need custom brackets to fit the projectors. I'm not sure if they'll fit the D2S igniters, but the H1 Mini projectors & bulbs should fit pretty easily.

I think the headlights on my 1993 80 are better than my 2005 LX.
OH..that's not good. I put LEDs in my 80 and they have been excellent! Unless it's freezing rain/snow and then the headlights get iced up. So what do people do to remedy the LX lights? Are they as bad on the 100 LC? Sounds expensive.
EDIT: I see in a former post that there are posts about it. .....thanks

Which side window(s) is that?
Emu wings, easily in the top 5 mods for my use case!

Best move is to retrofit new projectors in to them. The LX has factory projectors while the LC was reflector only.

Super nice build....coming from the 80 series world. My 1997 80 Collector's Edition (3X locked) was stolen last month 😭😭😭 and I might....just might be interested in the 2006/07 100/LX470 series world. I've been doing my research on these lately.
From an LX owner look for one that has had the AHC delete. I still have mine, love it, but I added sliders, a Prinsu, and a Dissent front is on the way along with a Badlands sitting in my garage, so the concern of too much weight is always in the back of my mind.

No such thing as too much weight for AHC. I am still using the AHC specific torsion bars and non-AHC rear springs with Ironman bullbar, ARB rear steel bumper with dual swing outs with 35" tires mounted, WKOR sliders, steel/aluminum belly plates, 40G LRA gas tank, ARB drawer, full length steel Gamivity rack, dual battery setup with onboard air and other stuff and AHC doesn't even blink an eye!

I'm on the other end.

As a different LX owner, and one who's deleted AHC, if I were to do it all over again I'd specifically want the AHC.

I found a pretty good deal on a 2006 LX that had AHC deleted but from research I think I want one that has not had it deleted. I have read really good things about how robust, comfortable and nice it is to have it. And just like anything else it has to be properly maintained and it will work forever. So yeah, I want one that has the AHC.

Got some fog light mounts from @BenCC for Diode Dynamics SS3 yellow pro SAE pods. Ben's product is really nice and the lights are a huge upgrade over the original fog lights. The installation was pretty easy and the $20 wiring harness from Diode Dynamics (SKU DD4105P) worked great.

That looks clean! Can you aim the light up and down?

Ok team - been putting off asking this b/c its embarrassing by comparison to the majority of accomplishments on the string...but I'm stuck. IMHO this is possibly the most legit sticker I've ever owned. The dilemma - I'm a 'sticker on the roofbox' guy, not a 'sticker on the vehicle' guy (no judgement). That being said - I think this one warrants placement on the vehicle, to be followed by the 300k sticker. I'm thinking rear quarter panel or back hatch glass. Consider the suggestion box open!

I always do glass. That way if I don’t like it, it comes off fairly easily. I’m in the same boat as you. I don’t do stickers if I don’t have to. I’d do glass. Then scrape and replace with your 300k one later!
