Check me here, but as I test fit my stock bumper, I have some wiggle room to account for the width of the new Ironman bumper and also the height with the hoops factored in. Obviously the bumper will have to be mostly unwrapped, but I think with a thick movers blanket draped over the folded second row seats, I should be good.

It will fit with all the wrapping no problem. I just hope you have a large trash to dispose of all the wrap LOL.

About to install the Ass-Fur skids. Waiting on a Fumoto valve from Amazon so I can do one last oil change before install. I really wish they wouldn't put their logo on the front skid.

I got my wheel wells all cleaned up and looking nice. The brake calipers got painted, and I replace my dented-up grease dust caps since one of them was coming off from being deformed. It's essentially rust-free, but it had some little rust spots from rock chips, so I gave the lower control arms a coat of rust reformer.

You painted the calipers whilst in the truck? I've been thinking of a refresh as well

Yes. I took the calipers off and removed the pads and hardware, but I just left the hoses connected. I hung the caliper from the UCA and put a piece of cardboard behind it to mask the area off from the caliper paint. Normally, I'm a stickler for details and I would prefer to do a full tear down before painting, but I have a set of Slee brake hoses that are going on soon, so I didn't mind the overspray on the old ones.

Hit 200,000 on the way home from work last night. Now I need to get me one of them fancy stickers.

So long story short, I ordered a power steering pump from one of the online Toyota sites (Like McGerorge), and paid for overnight shipping. It was still $60 cheaper than buying from my local Toyota dealer.

6 days later, the tracking number is still showing “label created” and no movement. Frustrated at this point, I call and cancel my order, get a refund, and place an order with my local dealer. Luckily they had 1 left at their local warehouse and it will be ready for pickup tomorrow. My vacation starts on Friday…

While removing the PS pump in preparation for installing the replacement tomorrow, I notice the inner tie rod boot is ripped. FRICK. It just keeps adding on.

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement ASAP?

I took a peek at her while sipping coffee, don’t worry guys, she is still there where I left her…. 🥸
Thank goodness. I've been fighting explosive diarrhea all day worrying about her too.
