Changes the front water bypass seals, left side was leaking slightly but would only show wet if I didn’t drive it a lot. Process was actually pretty easy with removing the front fuel rail crossover. Though I did run into one of the throttle body bolts cross threaded and three hoses needing replacement. So should be done when the dealer gets those in.

Drop slide is to bring the fridge from drawers down to tail-gate level, but keeping it level. Very handy but just a bit heavy.

We have OME shocks with 3" Dobinson 400kg constant load springs in the rear, which was borderline for the weight we had, but now with the drawers out, it seems better.

Nice setup, not at that stage yet. Got the suspension and tyres, still fixing all little servicable things atm.
Fridge / freezer / solar panel will be my last essential self-sufficient touring vehicle items. Can't wait to be able to have a ice cold drink down the beach with the family.

Still chasing the P0171 (I am trying to do everything short of pulling the fuel injectors!) - replaced the upstream O2 sensors (Denso 234-4169).
Plan was to also replace the downstream O2 sensors but took one look at the state of nuts and decided it 19F is too freaking cold to deal with this. Anyone has any ideas how to deal with this without resorting to cutting and welding?

Wow, good luck on what you decide. lol. That looks manky, wire brush and maybe even rust converter to get a better look at the metal.

OEX 12" Universal-fan-12v-pusher-reversible Model: efx1212k

Only taken a day to add this thing. Takes quite some time figuring out how to mount it underneath. Adding the relay was straight forward - even finding the A/C Clutch wire. Just remember to put the fuse in the fuse holder or it will take +2 more hours  ha haa. Anyway, soldered it in and added heat shield after this, extended the AC clutch wire and routed it out of the way. This thing is quite noisey! Not sure why , its a high whining noise. Are they all like this? Tested briefly, does seem to bring the temp down more in the car@ idle. Not sure how much tho, today is sorta hot again (will check). 37 degrees celcius yes I guess you could say that.

Received new cup holders from @BenCC. I can finally turn with both hands on the steering wheel.

Haven’t had motivation to install it yet due to faulty brake accumulator pump I experienced last month. She’s been sitting a while. Still waiting on my new brake cylinder assembly from McGeorge Toyota...😐

Hoping this will decrease the use of those.

Went through two Optima RedTops that didn't make it through their warranty period.

I need one of these bad, where can I order one?

Did three things today:
Front differential drain and fill.
Rear differential drain and fill.
Thanks to whoever did the parts list and write up on the differential maintenance 🙏.
Hot side heater tee 😬(I dodged a bullet by doing this one TODAY).

New tires! Stuck with the same Ridge Grapplers but in a new size. Went from old 285/65/18 to new 275/70/18 which is about .5" taller and .5" narrower. I wanted more tire height and the 275/70 was $50 a tire cheaper than the 285/70 so I thought I'd try it out. It was also a bit cheaper than the previous size too. Should help stuff it in the fender better.

I think the slightly narrower size looks a tiny bit better also.

How's the amazon tire buying experience? I never purchased tires online.

My low speed strike with a pronghorn caused $3600 damage - without a wrinkled piece of metal. Just bumper, lights, protection film and labor. I'm in the middle of an ARB install right now.
I was lucky. 78$ for a new turn signal housing. I've got some metal and trim to bend around, but hopefully no big deal. Seriously considering that bumper since a spend a lot of time in remote areas and can see this happening more. post a pic of your bumper when you get time.

Removed my cracked OE exhaust manifolds and installed Doug Thorley headers. Replaced compressed & cracked engine mounts and tranny mount while I had them removed for the header install. It really does suck as a DIY job. I slowly worked on it for a week and a half. Bolting the oil dipstick back to the engine, once the DT headers were installed was honestly the most frustrating part. No room to access the bolt with the new header in. The O-ring on the tube was square and super hard.

Also installed Slee battery terminals and some terminal covers. I bought what I though would fit, but couldn't get everything pushed through the back of the covers, so split them in the back with a razor and zip tied them on until I can find a better solution. Don't mind my hunk of wooden molding battery hold down.

Rotated my wheels since they were half off already and long overdue. Still need to clean all the PB Blaster off the truck so I can check for and leaks of issues; the oil cooler maybe weeping a bit.

Definitely the most frustrating part of exhaust manifold job 💯

It's the only way I do it now. Amazon will set up an install and it is pretty reasonable, I paid $79 for mount and balance. Pay it all online so when I get to the tire shop they can't even try to up-sell me.
