Started getting the antenna/light mounts made. Used her as a R&D parts model AGAIN!

We have used it a half dozen times, but this time after replacing my drooping rear hatch struts, fits better now!

Thanks! I moved to the city about a year ago and had to take off the rooftop tent. I've just added drawers, so I think this might be the new best thing. I'll make sure to add hatch struts as well.

Thank, not a lot of info what does the DIY kit entail?

I can let you know more when it gets here, but basically they have it all cut out and whatnot, you have to bend some of the pieces and then weld it together. I had a jeep cherokee and I bought a DIY bumper for it. Its pretty easy if you have a welder and know what you're doing.

I have a welder and some skills (mig not TIG). Curious how hard you think it was, once you are done.

I finally replaced the hood and lift pistons then I replaced all the interior lights with LEDs. Waiting for the led headlights, license plate lights and new steering wheel to get here.👏👏

I have my 4x4labs kits (front and rear) sitting in my garage waiting for me. Quality stuff, however I was told 4 weeks, which ended up being about 10. Set your expectations accordingly hahaha

That being said, I plan to start a thread specific to the 100 series kits.. as nobody has really done an in depth build thread for it (just the 80s)

Fluid Film, hood struts, GPS eBay nav update ... all the tough stuff. :hmm:

Decided to do the 80 locker switch wiring to actuate my ARBs. Wiring was really easy, just some trial and error. Used the dirty air filter light on the dash for the compressor.

But I couldn't find the plastic cover for where the old switches used to be by the shifter. But it seems to fit my gopro battery charger perfectly.

Reinforced my ipad. It used to have just 1 ram arm and wobbled quite a bit so now it has 2. It's rock solid.

Also finished routing wires for my budget ham radio install. Really liking how the remote speaker mic turned out.
