A week is 7 days right? So I'll start last friday.

The week started with a challenge, when I drove home the whole truck was high as a kite and hard as a rock, I mean the AHC was maxed out completely to the point where the front would bounce only in the tyres going over stripes etc...

So onwards with ther AHC diagnostics! having driven 45's, 60's and 61's, something you have to plug a computer in to is new to me.
Long story short, a front sensor was dead, giving some f***ed up readings resulting in the AHC going bananas.

So borrowing a new sensor, winding up the TB's, resetting neutral height (and ordering new rear coils), I got a working AHC system again, and love it!

Only to rear end a box truck with a lift Tuesday because of black ice, amazing how much damage 2 mph can do...

@Christian

Sorry about the black ice.

Is your 100 turbo diesel or gas? And is it manual or auto?

What have I done to my 100 this week?

Removed slee skids, warn 12k, and replaced a heater t. Putting the beast back into daily driver mode and putting it on a diet.

See pm.

Not all the way back, still have 2.5 inch lift, sliders, front Arb, and front and rear diff locks.

Decided to paint match my @sleeoffroad sliders.

Went Storm chasing as i always do at this time of year, helps when you have a cyclone nearby. We have an LX and 105 series so took them both out and our eye in the sky helped us find a secret waterfall too!

Saturday work day success. Replace holy muffler with Borla cat back with my 8 year old. I’m sure it’ll get a bit louder but I can finally hear wind noise and tire whine again! In case anyone is curious, below are the Toyota and Borla part numbers you need. (Note: This does not replace the crossover pipe behind the drivers side cat)

Toyota (I used 'PartSouq' and was impressed!)
9091706045 Quantity 2 (gaskets - $1.15 from PartSouq, $25 at local Lexus dealer)
9418561000 Quantity 4 (nuts)
9151561035 Quantity 4 (bolts)

Borla 14814 (I bought off amazon). Note: This did not come with a gasket for the pipe-pipe join. (not sure if you could use one or not) but it did come with nice stainless clamp to join the middle muffler pipe to the back resonator pipe.
https://www.amazon.com/.../ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x...

I used Lisle Exhaust Hanger pliers, and I still had to use two hands and all my strength (maybe I'm getting old). I tried using an impact gun on the exhaust flange bolts, and that worked for 1 bolt, I had to angle grinder the other three and the clamp bolt. I used a 14 mm for the main exhaust flange bolts. If I had it to do over again, I'd borrow another set of jack stands and give myself a few more inches of room.

First Startup and Rev:

NIce! and good o know your little helper was there learning the Cruiser/lexus ways!

Did you have a hard time removing the headers?

I did not tackle headers this time. I left the headers, the cats, and the crossover pipe in place and just replaced the middle muffler and back.

It was sometimes challenging finding things my helper could do, but we found enough that he said he enjoyed it. Sure beat crawling out and climbing off the floor every time I needed a socket or pliers.

It’s a Grom vline, little computer that hooks up to the cd port that you can plug your phone into... expensive but good solution to bring our nav system up to date

Agreed. As practical daily mods go, it's the best money I've spent on mine.

Finally got rid of all the fake wood trim, center console looks new, for at least a few days till it’s gets scratched haha.

So that's the VL2 system? More pictures of the interface please. What's the climate control and trip info pages look like? Like you said, it is a bit pricey at $550ish but for what it does, I'd rather do that than anything else.
