Long story short, need a kitchen remodel and no time to wheel with a 9 month old baby...... so maybe another build in a couple years, we shall see. I am not giving it away, so who knows if it sells anytime soon?!?

Pity the steering wheel is on the wrong side of the car or I would be very inerested!!...looks amazing. Nice job.

Installed/built a fridge platform in the rear passenger side seat position. Was able to add some additional storage underneath, while keeping the fridge pretty low. Can't open lid all the way and the passenger seat can't go all the way back. I may shorten the platform and just find another home for the box. Also ran the ARB fridge wiring kit to the main battery. Eventually it will get moved over to aux.

Addressed a few other items since Sunday. Flushed power steering fluid, which seems to have made an immediate impact on ease of turning the wheel. Will probably do again in the fall to see how the fluid looks. Was gonna change rear dif fluid, but once I finally got the fill hole open and checked the fluid it looked perfect, so I left it.

Tonight a small job took longer than I thought it would. I had some water getting in on the driver side front roof rack holes. Maybe we didn't put enough silicone on one bolt, so I figured I would just pull those, clean them up and put some fresh silicone on... but one bolt wouldn't go back in. I think the capture nut must have gotten cross threaded, so I went and bought the $35 harbor freight tap set... but then to actually turn the tap through i had to unbolt the entire rack and prop it up on some wood. From there it was smooth, tapped M8 1.5 and bolt went in easy. Much nicer to bolt the rack all back together on a warm spring evening than a 10 F december morning.

I also thought my oil pressure seemed to be running a bit high. dropped a little oil (thanks fumoto) and its closer to normal. Maybe a bad filter? In a possibly related issue there seemed to be a slight oil leak. Nothing on the ground but some grime and creep in an area I don't think it was before. Gonna clean and monitor

I have a similar setup. Ensure that you secure the platform to the floor and secure the fridge to the platform. Last thing you want is your passenger killed by the fridge in a head-on.

On mine, I fabbed up some brackets that bolt the platform to the seat brackets

Yes mine is attached to the cargo tie down and hooked on one of those brackets. Two way overrated ratchet straps holding the fridge down. May switch to some cam locks.

Those brackets you made are awesome. I wish I had fab skills/setup. Father in law is getting into welding, so maybe this would be a good project.

Apparently I drove a little too quickly down washboards for the corroded bolts on the DS exhaust flange downstream of the cat and they finally snapped. Only had to cut the head off of one, new oem gasket and ss hardware from lowe's and it no longer sounds like a civic with a coffee can. I think there's a new cat-back system in my future...

Finally got around to wiring up the cb.
I have the bior rear bumper with the 4 foot firestik antennae mounted on it. The kit came with an 18 foot cable.
That wasn’t long enough. Needed 25 feet. Ran the cable over the passenger frame rail and I’m still attempting to get through the wire harness in the passenger side.

Suggestions would be helpful at this point. I’m waiting for my tech to give me a hand. The last thing I want to do is @&$) up those wires.

Happy with the connection though.
I also ordered the Ironman foam cell pro and the grill from land cruiser grills.
Trying to get ready for 100s in the hills.

What does the end of your coax look like? Does it already have the PL-259 connector on it. I ran into a similar problem since that thing is huge. I ended up cutting it off running it through and putting a new PL-259 on with a little solder. Pretty easy and I previously had no soldering experience. YOUTUBE to the rescue.

Also that is not the boot I went into. Don't know where that one goes, but I used the one about a foot down and to the left. Can't quite see in your pic.

Bought them like that off ebay for $400! Depo headlights with true HID projectors. plug n play

Awesome! Keep us updated on how they hold up!

My coax is attached. Damn I already cut into that one. I'm going to check it out, hopefully my tech can get it through up there, if not electric tape, and looking for the other one.
Thanks for the heads up.

Feel free to take a look at my tread on routing and installing my CB radio. I did a similar process but ran the coax through the body under the carpet instead of underneath.

I did, very helpful.
I wanted to use the mounting point on the rear bumper instead of on the taillight. Running the cable on the underside of the truck was easier then taking apart the interior, and I was told it would be easier to just run the cable through the above spot.

I must have looked at thread almost 20 times. I spend too much time thinking about these things instead of just doing them.
I guess thats half the fun though.

FWIW I would put a dab of RTV on that wound to keep the moisture out of there. Any old RTV will do if you have it, if you make a parts store run, the Permatex Ultra black will stick and hold up well.

You can get also get through at the firewall at the far PS, and the firewall on the DS.

As @TheForger mentioned, there is a small access plug under the DS footwell near the door sill. You can pop the wire through there and run it under the carpet to the console, or where ever. I did that with some rear light wiring. Just dab some RTV on the plug & wire to seal it up.

Replaced fuel pump yesterday in a church parking lot. I was lucky and had a denso for a spare with me that I picked up on a rock auto close out a while back . Man I owe mr T a big thank you for the design and ease of replacement. I was back on the road in a hour after figuring out it was the pump.
