welp. I broke this piece in half while trying to drill a hole in it for a USB port. Where can I get a new one?

Try Toyota part 55539-60030. My guess is you will have to order. I use Camelback Toyota but there are many good ones out there. Please verify fitment on your vehicle before you order.welp. I broke this piece in half while trying to drill a hole in it for a USB port. Where can I get a new one?

It’s a Jayfeather 7 so it’s a narrow body, 1’ less than the regular Jayfeather line. I feel like I can see pretty well for shorter trips with the factory mirrors, but I was thinking about the mirrors referenced in this thread: Clearview Tow Mirrors
I used 1 and 1/2 cans. Mine is not smooth and it is textured. The pictures are very deceiving. But trying adding plasti-dip clear coat onto it. It'll give it a nice shine, blend in with the paint more. Without it, its dull and matt.in the middle of plasti-dipping mine now..... how many cans did you use for one side? Mine does not look smooth at all its kind of textured.... did yours turn out this way?

It's going to be a shade off. The trims look good when you're 15 feet away, rolling 15 mph. lol. But when you're up close it's not gonna be perfect.awesome so no need to stress haha.... i did notice while in the garage it seems to be a shade different and im hoping it will change once i get it in the sunlight. Is this something you can confirm?
I purchased a new denso key just the key and i swapped the button module. Went to my local hardware store ACE and they said they do not cut electronic keys. Hmmm....
I like the idea of these too, but the $540 price tag feels a bit steep. Has anyone out there figured out an option somewhere in between these and the $50 door strap variety I'm using right now?

My 06 does have AHC. I’m running a sensor lift with 30mm spacers in back with the original springs. It handled the load great, and that was with a full fresh water tank(the dealer filled the tanks, I plan to tow with empty tanks in the future) and full load of propane. I pulled the trailer the first 75 miles on the interstate without a WD or anti-sway hitch. The tongue weight wasn’t an issue. Sway was a different story though.
I did a good bit of research beforehand and decided on this hitch Andersen Hitches Weight Distribution Hitch | 2-5/16" Ball Included
We eneded up getting done at the dealer later then planned so I decided to install the hitch when I got home. After about 75 miles in the interstate I decided to pull over and install the hitch ASAP. The sway was pretty bad.
After I got the hitch installed and back on the road it was a night and day difference. I’m VERY impressed with this hitch. The only way I could tell the trailer was back there was to look in the mirror. It was solid as a rock. The dealer said they had never seen or heard of this type of hitch and seemed skeptical. (That and the fact that they looked at the torque wrench I brought and laughed was enough to make me decide they weren’t touching the hitch) I highly recommend taking a look at it though if your in the market. It’s a really cool design, and very stout. I plan on doing a write up soon on the hitch.
Pulled the OME Nitrocharger Sport shocks and installed new OEM shocks and Old Man Emu 865's in the rear, gotta tweak the front end but my friend said let it settle for a day and we'd remeasure and crank the front up a bit more after driving for a day.
Going to be selling those OME shocks (less than 500 miles) so keep an eye out for them in the classifieds. Inquire about them there.

Nice! Where did you get it from? How'd it do?
Thanks! One family owned dealer serviced in Southern Alabama back to North Carolina. I had to make a detour by a friends shop to change inner/outer TRE and alignment to solve a vibe.Nice! Where did you get it from? How'd it do?
Its too bad you had to stop along your maiden voyage, but luckily you had somewhere you could go. Im crossing my fingers everything checks out okay, but I'm definitely a little concerned about what or how it's going to do mechanically, by all accounts owner says it's in perfect condition. My father went and checked it out but he's not really very car savy but he was the only eyes on the ground in the area I had. Thanks!
