Sweet rig! Definitely looks good with the black. Can I ask you hoe much you got it for and were they bright and safe enough? Any issues with fast blinking light or anything?

@FxFormat They were $199 shipped from Ebay. I picked a local vendor for fast shipping. They re-use the stock reverse and turn signal bulbs. I opted for LED replacement turn signal bulbs and reverse lights, I do have a rapid blinker, but I don't mind it for now. The fit was good, no complaints so far. My only worry is that they may fade over a long period of time, but I mean like 10 years. I'll keep my stocks just incase.

how did you do this?

Oh, I said "hopefully I can" do those things! Doesn't look good so far, I hooked up TechStream to my '98 last night, did a system scan, but no customization options came up. Just blank screens. I need to do some research to see if I'm doing something wrong or the '98 model year is just un-customize-able. Seems to connect & scan fine through the cable...

Anyone else with a '98 have TechStream success?

Replaced front and rear brake pads with some Bosch units from this thread which seem nice a bitey...

Bosch Pads and Rotors Review- 100 series/LX470

Also mounted some IronMan Pro Foam Cell shocks on all 4 corners that seem to be quite an improvement over my 60k mile Nitrocharger OME's! These things are HUGE!

Hello all! I had a few questions from all the 100 series masters on here? I was wondering what the best lift is for daily drivability and off road performance? I have been looking at an ome 3" heavy lift, but it comes with nitro charger shocks and I have not seen any reviews on those? Another question I had is are 35s too big for that lift? And stock gearing as well? Just looking for the best all around set up!

Lots of threads on here of all the different shocks and packages.

Use the search function on the site.

Like @SmoothLC mentioned, I would do a search because there is a ton of info on this, but I will try to give you some quick info from my personal experience.

For a daily I wouldn't go over a 33" tire. There are plenty in that range to choose, and it is a lot more work to fit anything bigger (plus I don't believe there is much benefit to it). If you have a lot of weight added to the rig (bumpers, winch, sliders, etc) a heavy set up will be great, but if not the medium springs will do you fine. I think you will be happy with either the 1.5 or 2.5 inch lift. The nitrochargers are fine for what they are. I had no complaints, but obviously there are far better out there (hence I just changed to the IronMan Pro's...not the end all be all, but a nice upgrade).
