Temporary, workingon it!

Seriously, I do like the trailer though. Been looking for something like that. How much did that one cost you?

So we have 2 fronts, 2 rears, 2 tweeters, and a sub in the 3rd row area? My speakers sound like someone stuck a card in a bicycle rim and spun the tires.

Yes on the speaker count & locations.
Not sure if you have one 6.5" sub or two 4" subs in the enclosure.
Also, do you have the standard stereo or the JBL stereo?
Standard stereo speakers are 4ohm, I believe the JBL system is 2ohm.

On my 98, I had to destroy my factory speakers to install the new speakers to the existing frame. On the later trucks, you simply unbolt the factory speakers from the mounting frame and mount new speakers. You may need to drill new holes for screws, but it's pretty simple install on later trucks. More involved but still doable on early trucks.

I googled the fridge slide, ouch on that cost!

Finally got my full sized spare powder coated and mounted so I can rotate it in. Thanks to @irowe_csp for the fair price and shipping on this stock 18" wheel

I was able to re-foam the speakers in both my 03 LX with Mark Levinson system- All 4 door speakers and the Subwoofer,
and also the front door speakers and sub-woofer in my 06 LC.

takes a couple hours a pair - biggest headache is pulling the door panels and the interior cover for the subwooofer

Just call the Folks at simply speakers and they can hook you up with the correct re-foam kits for your model. Simply Speakers - Official Speaker Repair Page - Speaker Parts and Repair Service

$20 bucks a pair for foam surround kits is better than new speakers any day, All ended up sounding as good as from the factory.

Thanks! I like it, perfect size, home built and definitely over-built, new leaf springs, bearings, led tails, wiring, etc. Pd $800, maybe a little more than I wanted to but it was right up the road and already soa.

After much research and youtube videos, i decided to get 275/70/18 General Grabber AT2's for my rig. It was either this or the KO2s and i've seen a few people say the KO2 weren't good in the snow, which we get a lot of here. I saved $250 overall as well, i think it made the right decision.
After ebay bucks i ended up getting a set of 4 for $700

Got my snorkel installed. It was funny, there were 6 mechanics all helping out the tech working on it. As we like to say "this is the fun stuff". Everyone was silent as the whole saw hit the fender. Finished product looks pretty good.

Came out nice! Pretty ballsy letting another man touch your fender with a giant hole saw.

Love my Grabber At2's. 1 year in on my set. Still look new. They are made under license from BFG and are the only way to retain the original BFG All-terrain tread pattern. KO2 pattern looks s*** imo.

Seems like a trailer build thread is in order. I like what your working towards too- I've been looking at a low cost flatbed option to upfit for the past few months. Did you change the spindles in order to mount the larger wheels? What size wheels-? 15" ? Any other mods planned?

Thanks! I may try and throw a build thread together, my whole plan was a trailer I could use for chores on weekends, then hit the road camping with it when needed. Current wheel size is 15", stock 1st gen 4runner wheels, which I am tempted to stay with since I already have one good BFG but hate to be running 2 different tires and wheels. I have to decide on those tires and wheels soon! Met with the welder yesterday and plans are underway for a removable/adjustable rack!! I will keep you updated! Which BIOR rear bump you have? I had one I just sold, now waiting on Mike to build me one of his HC with swing out and can holder.

From the reviews I've read everyone who has a set loved it. I don't know if they're biased or trying to justify their purchase but everyone swears by them. I hope they'll let me get around when we get snow during the winter, and stay quiet and balanced on the highways.

Got some repairs, 180k service, preventative maintenance, and some mods done over the course of the last few weeks: New radiator (started leaking), upper and lower hoses, fan clutch, thermostat and gasket, water pump, timing belt, timing idler and tensioner, serpentine idler and tensioner, cleaned MAF sensor and throttle body, crankshaft oil seal, front and rear TJM Pro Lockers, front diff control arm bushing, Whiteline poly steering rack bushings, took apart CVs (1 was leaking), new grease, retaining rings, boots, PFran clamps, and mounted MV-50 compressor under the hood. Oh, and an oil change too.

Was grinning ear-to-ear for the entire first drive after having her on blocks for a month to get all this work done.

Currently working on getting my Dissent front bumper / Engo 12k winch installed and finishing the air system and switches to run the lockers.

Very cool-

I have the the BIOR standard bumper with tire carrier and a can/cooler carrier. It's not the HC version. I have dragged it on a couple of spots but for the majority of my intended use it has enough departure clearance.
