Some new slippers for the Rig: Toyo Open Country RT in 285/75R18 on Stock wheels - No lift (stock AHC), No pinch weld mod (yet), No Spacers, initially passenger front tire caught the fender liner and damn near ripped out the liner backing out of the install bay, 2 zip ties later and no rub.

And to preempt the flack, factory steps will eventually be replaced with sliders..... until then I'll be grinning from ear to ear looking at this thing.

Looks damn good

I attempted to remove the rear emblems after a bad plastidip job and there is a ton of residue. The paint is also scratched up any suggestions for covering it up or any cool ideas for new emblems? I thought that metal ones instead of the plastic ones may look cool depending on if someone could fab them up.

You could buff that out with compound and then polish.
I don't have the tools, but ya I was thinking about just taking it to a detailer.

Painted my wiper arms and installed new Bosch Icons I bought a year ago that I wanted to install after painted said wiper arms... I was procrastinating... one of these days I'll pull of my windshield cowl and do that as well.

Did a full detail, as well as ground some minor rust off areas on the undercarriage and painted.

I haven't done anything to her yet but I did just buy it! She's a 2000 with 185k. Only plans I have for now are fixing the clogged ac hose, adding Sirius to it and getting a other master key. Only been a few days but love it!

I've got to do my cowl as well..Drives me crazy!

Since the other hitch I had picked up did fit with the larger spare, I had to try a different style. Made my first Craigslist purchase on a never mounted hidden hitch with trailer harness and all for $50! Lucked out completely because there are never any Cruiser parts on our local Craigslist. Spare fits pretty snug, but its in there. This pic reminds me I've got to do something about the bumper condition!

Removed fake wood trim around gear shifter. The adhesive damaged the plastic too much so I decided to refinish it a bit. Took a lot of wet sanding and patience but I'm happy with how it turned out.
2 coats of primer, wet sanded after each coat:

This is the only final pic I have yet and the light catches it oddly due to the semi-gloss finish, so it makes it appear as thought the white spots are imperfections but really it's just the reflection.

As expected it's not perfect and there are just a couple small spots barely visible - mainly above the seat heater switches. But I planned on installing a dual USB/voltmeter there so they won't be visible. Will post a pic showing it assembled but overall I'm pretty happy with it!
