Dead battery... After a lot of research installed a O'Reilly's Super Start Platinum 34R. Going with Slee's dual tray and the Interstate 75 next.
Ok I can't take it anymore...premature teaser post. Got the KO2's mounted on Tuesday, 305/65. Now to find time to get them on

Tinted front windows to match back

Super easy - check this thread for quick details, there are some pics in post 11 Installed Vaistech SL3b on 05 LC.
I removed the trim around the lower section first, then the drivers side vent, passenger vent, then removed the 4 screws holding my head unit. I've got a 04 LX w/ Nav, so a little different.
Adjusted the AHC system to bring front and back pressure readings to within factory spec. This removed the bouncing and nose diving (while braking) the front end was experiencing.
I also ordered Toyo RT 285/75/R18's to be mounted on Monday. Is the pinch weld mod simply beating the crap out of the weld with mallet ?

Pulled the tires off the wheels which had plastidip one them, which lasted really well. I used it to test the look.
Doing this with the harbor freight tool is at the upper limit of this tool. Use plenty of slippery soapy stuff it really does help.

I'm looking for a good shop that I can trust in the SD area.
I swapped out my OEM 18" rims for some 18" black Rhino Mojave I found on Craigslist . With the new offset, I was able to remove my 1.5" spacers also. I like them, but this Black Matte finish is going to be tough to keep clean. I think that's why the previous owner sold them to me cheap. I'm thinking about plasti dipping them with a gloss black or maybe even a Gun Metal color.
Heater T's (04' LX, 120K, California/Nevada truck). As mentioned in several places here, buy all of the hoses and preassemble before install. Super easy job...especially with the right tools.
The DS T had eroded the on one lip, and there was some evidence of seepage on both T's. PS T was in good shape, as were all hoses. Start to finish it took me about 35 minutes.
Finished her off with an oil change (Mobil 1 5w30 HM / M1-209) and greased her drivelines.

Ordered an ebay replacement steering wheel, cut the leather off my shifter (wish I'd done that a long time ago) and wired a 12v lead to my 7 pin for power to my tent trailer.

Some new slippers for the Rig: Toyo Open Country RT in 285/75R18 on Stock wheels - No lift (stock AHC), No pinch weld mod (yet), No Spacers, initially passenger front tire caught the fender liner and damn near ripped out the liner backing out of the install bay, 2 zip ties later and no rub.
And to preempt the flack, factory steps will eventually be replaced with sliders..... until then I'll be grinning from ear to ear looking at this thing.
