Replaced second row window runs and installed sound deadening while I had the panels off. Old runs ones were pretty beat up on the inside. DS is still rolling up slow so now I need to dig into the motor. Good news is the doors have a nice solid sound when closing. The rest of the day will now be devoted to the wife's brakes on her XB if the rain stops.

Finally got around to making some window screens. The second row windows were fairly simple just magnetic tape and duct tape attached to edges of the screen.
The screens for the sliders entailed a little more work. After making a template with cardboard and using some komatex (pvc sheeting) I made a frame that fit in the slider opening. From there I painted the frame black and cut screen to fit the frame. I thought of just using adhesive to attach the screen, but wasn't sure of it would look clean. Since this was just the prototype I decided to use black duct tape. I know duct tape.... But I think they actually turned out pretty good.
