Looks kinda like the one I bought my 200 at in South Charlotte

Took the family camping. So i'll be the first to post a pic :) We found a great spot next to Rollins Lake with the "cabin" for $55 for the weekend. It was definitely nice.

I'm jealous. That looks like real fun. Wish we had something similar to that in the south. Kudos bro. Very cool.

After almost 2 years, I finally got around to adding the bumper I'd been wanting since I purchased the cruiser. For all of you on the fence about dropping the $$ on a bumper, don't wait any longer than you have to. I wish I'd gotten this a long time ago.
CANNOT wait til Brad gets those grill gems printed. LOVE IT!!!

Haha ! loving the Slee !

Got the powersteering line and all the wiring cleaned up and back together.... diid the Depots with the 100 watt Hella bulbs are crazy...... running Slee's Headlight harness so hopefully the exra wattage won't be an issue..... I also rewired the "high-beam" on the HID's up....... it runs in tandem with the H1 highbeams ........

Lesson learned on trying LED 1156 bulbs...... they don't offer the right resistance and you get a faster blinker..... sill workable but went back to fresh old school ones and put those in the spare kit... treated all connection to Dielectric grease as well.

Now off to mess with finally installing the Slee Windshield washer relo kit - 6 months after I did the dual batts......
thinking I might need it to pass inspection.

Waiting for paint / JB weld to dry so I can try the new grille...

Pic of the front end all back together. temporaliy.... thanks again to Nick for the great job on the Depots...

Love the blacked out grille with the smoked lenses!

Finally got my Ramsey RE12,000 winch back together and working!

Now to get it mounted....

Installed radflo 2" remotes in the rear of our 80, very nice shocks and great quality. The many year old OME L shocks were shot - pressure was mostly all gone and when left in the sun to 'warm up' I could easily compress them 1/2 the stroke length as quickly as I pushed down on them.

The front OME L's were replaced a month or so ago - also dead.

So, HUGE improvement in ride quality - unsurprisingly...

cheers,
george.

Curious what the huge different in ride quality there is between the 2.0 and the 2.5s

2.5s ride better since the vehicle is lighter - specifically in the wallet area of the driver's seat...

The 2" with 7/8" pistons and remotes should be more than adequate for my use, heck I was originally happy with the OME L's :)

cheers,
george.

View attachment 929785 Finally changing/testing my freaking thermostat.
Need to get a $10 plastic kiddy pool and you won't have that mess. Fits nicely underneath between the tires. Also can fold in half to drain the coolant in a bucket. Only problem is storing it while not in use.
