Washed Georgia red clay off the cruiser. Looks a lot better. This weeks goal is to get AC working again.

Yes, now get out of our 80 forum :flipoff2:

LOL , I just realized a little while ago I posted in the wrong "what did you do to your LC/80/etc.." thread. Was hoping no one would notice :poof:...:hillbilly:

Id like to say I was thinking of my 80 when I posted but it was really more of not paying attention

Here NLXTACY this will offset it :flipoff2: >

Installed new brown leather upholstery from Shane at MetricTLC/Labrak. Also redid the door panel upper trim with matching brown vinyl.

^^looks really, really nice with the new brown. Like it so much better than the tan OEM seat color.

Yeah I am really happy with how it all came together. This color should have been offered from the factory. The new carpet blends in with the brown really well too.

Added new clamps to Rear Heater hoses under passenger side rear heater pipes when came out of store and found a puddle of radiator fluid under driver side door. When I inspected the area, saw that one of the hose clamps had fully rusted off and was just attached by friction. Didn't have access to Constant Tourque Clamps, so used some cheapies I had on hand from Harbor Freight for now. Will have to replace or I am definitely contemplating just removing the rear heater completely from the circuit to simplify things. The metal pipes running back don't look so great, so might be a way to avoid a future problem by just removing. Worried moving all the stuff around will "upset" my PHH and then I will have a real issue to deal with!

Thanks man. It's the standard brown option that Shane has, I am sure @AATLAS1X would be able to give you the exact name of the color he uses.

The carpet is from www.stockinteriors.com, the color is 8835 medium beige - plush cut pile with the vinyl mass back option.

The floor mats are the standard husky liners. Really the only option if you want custom fit.
