Beautiful truck. Are your headlamps, clearance lights and grille all original to your truck? I love that dark, non-chrome look, but having trouble finding the correct OEM part numbers and parts.
It’s a 1995 24 valve turbo diesel (1hd-ft engine) but with a grill and quad headlights from the previous year. Fender flares removed (Narrow Body). All to give it a more retro look.

All of these photos with heavy lifting on 80 series are very impressive….

Back at the ranch, my little win felt good. Thought I had a bad AC compressor clutch, and lo and behold it was just a bad idler pulley bearing….

I had to modify the left side of the forward armor plate slightly using an angle grinder (sorry Delta) as it was getting hung up on the on the WKOR rock slider forward mount.

I got both forward and rear diff breather lines extended and much higher up. I had to drill into the left rear quarter panel area, next to the sunroof drain line(?) and I put the breather line in the rear quarter panel area behind the OEM Jack mount and next to the fuel fill door release. The hole for the breather line was slathered in FIPG on both inside and outside.

Replaced the harmonic balancer, changed the oil pump o ring and screws, the crank seal, the a/c belt tensioner pulley and all the belts. Took 3 days and 4 trips to harbor freight but it’s done now! My harmonic balancer has been visibly wobbly for a while and made me nervous so glad to have it done! The crank seal was not OEM and the oil pump cover had an o ring but also quite a bit or sealant as well. I don’t think I had any oil leaks but thought it would be good to do it all while the balancer was off.

Installed my @GGM front diff skid yesterday...heading to GSMTR on Wednesday. I'm really happy with the fit, I'll give it a test this week and post a report (and pull back off to paint)! Honestly though, I went ahead and ordered the rear after seeing how this one mounted up and should protect!

Note, I do need to pull the bottom spacer and put it up top to double that one up...I missed that when looking at pics on my phone to reference laying under the truck.
