Ran the coax from an Alamosa GMRS antenna into the cabin, added a temporary/removable handheld GMRS mount using a Maxflate dash mount (may upgrade to a Delta mount soon) and did an HVAC button/bulb refresh while I was in there:

Are those new buttons and not just the bulbs behind them? Mine are the green/yellow like in your first pic and always assumed it was supposed to be that way, but maybe they are just yellowed from age? 2nd pic looks like they are actually clear!

Yup same here. The new buttons are clear. Pretty sure mine was smoked in but it could also be age too-

Its been great, easy of use, can also use BaoFeng handheld to tune into your channel. The only downside is more ppl are using it now and there are limited channels (1-18)? so lots of interference on the highway, but that goes for CB as well.

1-22. And if you truly don’t want interference you and your buddies get your ham license and go 220 mhz simplex. Very little traffic there.

Does replacing the buttons help with sticking buttons or purely aesthetic?

I changed out my accelerator cable this morning. Lining up the hand throttle bracket, cable bracket, and the gasket up with the firewall holes is a pain. I used an awl through the top hole to hold everything in place to get the bottom bolt started. Just thought I’d share in case anyone is struggling and finds this one day!

I'm not sure, I didn't have any sticky buttons. But the mechanism is pretty simple so I imagine you could clean it out pretty well if you had something sticky in there -

Smart! Wish I thought of that when I did mine.

The caps just pry off with a screwdriver?
Yea just a tiny flathead. Not the phillips in the picture. There's a small tab top and bottom that holds the button in place

Got a nice tent for a good price from a co-worker. So fare very happy with it. Fits my big butt in it no problems. I was worried because I'm kinda tall, and its a clam shell. Its a Roof Nest Falcon XL gen 1 tent. Sat it on some Front Runner load bars.
We are finally getting some nice weather here in WA. Project time.

Looks awesome. What are you using for the garage ceiling pulley set up? I'm trying to figure out a similar set up from my new RTT.

Looks like an I-beam. Just bear in mind that rafters and joists aren’t designed for hanging loads. That’s why simple things like chandeliers are cross braced between joists.
