I have a Skar system in mine and love it. Not as rad as yours, just 6 1/2s in the rear doors, 5 1/4s in the front, and two 10s, but sounds great. Have a Skar and Jensen amp stashed under the center console where the CD exchanger and sub used to be.
Got some new shoes(SCS FA16), had the local machine shop trim em a bit, and mounted the 35s on.
Slowly coming together

Smaller things like the window runs. Finally got to correcting my suspension. Dobinsons front panhard, delta radius arms, and delta rear panhard bracket. Insane that the previous owner of mine drove around for 9 years with the suspension the way it was.
Nope, I did the same with my Midland MXT115. Just removed the Ashtray and it's slide hardware, press fits in. It's snug, but give it a tap and say "that's not going anywhere" then you're all set

Awesome. I am fighting with the VA to get my disability rating increased and when it happens it will help out financially, so I will be ordering a kit then.
If you haven't worked with DAV try it. It's free. They're good.
I didn't do hardly any leg work and am at 80%
