Went up and over Mosquito Pass, had some fun along the way. Great views!

System will be used for lockers and airing up. I know there's no leaks on the QPM (pressure tested before install) and no leaks on all of the tank fittings (also tested before install). That only leaves push to connect fittings. Honestly, if the compressor keeps kicking in because I'm leaking I'll deal with it, otherwise it'll be starting as-is. I'd rather have a tiny pin hole leak costing me 3PSI/ hour @100PSI than a sheared off fitting because I was trying to over torque. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the threads on the fittings are slightly out of spec - something I seem to deal with at work all the time.I would track down that leak.
I have a system on my van (for airbags and wheelchair lift) that I keep pressure on the airbags 100% of the time. I currently have a leak I cannot find and the pump cycles once every 30 minutes. It has killed my battery cycling over the weekend. I had to install a shut off switch so it doesn't maintain pressure.
If you're on the trail or use these for lockers, you're going to want that to hold pressure while the truck is shut off.
I had a slow leak like you described. I used plumbers tape around the threads where the blue air hoses connect to the compressor. No more leak. Might be worth trying.Just counted - There are 56 possible leak points on that system ... I think I might have over complicated it.![]()
Stared at this mess all weekend, decided it was too hot to be covered in grease. That big stain under the truck is from my ram assist after it decided it no longer wanted to hold steering fluid.

I tested the comp and everything on the QPM while it was on the bench - no leaks. Might have had something to do with the 2 miles of teflon tape I used.I had a slow leak like you described. The newer style needle bearings don't fit in the same hole the bronze bushings came out of?All cleaned up and put back together finally. Decided to install new bronze bushings from @cruiseroutfit since mine were pretty chewed up. And a new PSC ram to replace the leaky TG unit.

Lots of late nights, but my friends driveway LS swapped 80 is finally running.

35s look great. Did you regear? and if not how are you liking them on stock gears?Went from terrible 285 mud terrains to 35x12.5 Goodyear Ultraterrain ATs. I never knew my landcruiser could be so quiet and smooth at 70mph. Probably the best upgrade I’ve done

Came out niceQPM finally in. OBA system pressure tested on the truck with lockers engaged - Lost 3 PSI in an hour. I think I can live with that.

Stock gears. Was able to cruise at 70-80mph on the highway just fine but I’m also in flat Oklahoma. It would definitely struggle at elevation but it works great for me.35s look great. Did you regear? and if not how are you liking them on stock gears?
It's gotten pretty bad. I noticed the flies are worse than the mosquitoes this summer.I made a small, but very important addition to the Cruiser - an A.S.S. patch. As overlanding and vanlifing and RV / UTV culture collectively dumps more and more people into the sidecountry and backcountry, more and more of those people bring their trash and bad habits into the woods - so I've joined the A.S.S. Movement - Anti-Surface Sh***ing.
Tell your outdoorsy friends - learn how to dig a proper cat hole, pick up and pack out your toilet paper when you're done with it or bring your own groover / RV toilet so the woods don't become more and more of a latrine over time.
