is that public or private area it looks like really good terrein
Public land. I've gotten some good bucks out of there, but never any elk. The elk move through from wilderness to private so it really comes down to weather/ timing. This was the first year I've been there opening weekend. Seemed a little crowded because I saw 2 other hunters over the weekend.

Chinaman Gulch also removed my rear tailpipe for me after reshaping it multiple times, which allowed me to melt the factory bumper on the drive home.:hillbilly: @LC4LIFE this bumper probably wont survive the winter, both sides caved in and pointed every which way!

Someone’s 80 in Death Valley. I’m not there but a friend is. They could smell gas then something happened that caused the fuel tank to ignite which exploded the two 5 gal cans and then exploded the 20lb CO2 tank into shrapnel. Waiting for more info.

Where was this in Death Valley? Unless that's Cerro Gordo, I don't know where that is. I just got back from there, didn't see another group with Land Cruisers. We did however, after 10 years, find and complete the Swansee Grade. Tried a couple of other times and got blocked by snow.

Ms LCP said she would be late so rather than sitting at home I jump in the 80 at 9PM drove 26 miles and found me a hilltop with a view and was home by 9AM. 150 yards of dirt.
CampTeq advantage;)

I think it is Cerro.

You may be right. Folks on the ground said it was an 80. After pouring thru the photos you may be right :hmm:
I can't tell, but the rear passenger door and frame sure look like an 80.

Looks like it has the trim anchor points behind the rear window for the 80’s vent. Also the body cladding points of an LX.

Could be, I was just looking at the little quarter window on the rear door and little triangle for the mirror. Forgot the 100 shares those designs as well.

Pre 2003:flipoff2:
