Saw this beauty today. LH drive. Pretty clean rig. As is customary, I tried to buy it. No such luck.

Also saw a handful of 80s on what had to be 40s that were 15-17" wide. Big ol' snow tires. One of them I recognized from on here. It was a grey one. Cool trucks for what they use them for.

Saw a few 70s and tons of Hilux and 150 Series (I think that's what they are here).

This is gorgeous country. I highly recommend coming here.

What kind of wheel? I like tire and wheel setup, wide look

On the one pictured it was an American Racing wheel. All of the Land Cruisers over here run a wide wheel/tire combo. There are a lot of mud bogs and snow so I'm guessing that is why.

Got the OEM wheels mounted. Looks much better IMO, but the guys at the tire shop were looking at my like WTF is this guy paying to put these old rims on for?

Started on my bad VC removal in my 95'....decided to go PT so I stopped to order parts...tried to do rear brakes but pads didn't fit.....so........I went and drained my dads 96' diffs and tranfsercase and refilled. Then greased up both drive shafts.

Oh snaps, literally.... Glad everything is fine now..
Yeah, I was sidelined for two days because they sent my first axle order to my house! WTF?

Found some really nice interior trim snap thingys to replace all the broken and missing ones from my cruiser. Literally missing half of them, and most of the remaining ones were broken. These are really nice because they are a bit tighter and while it might be a littler harder getting them to snap in, the trim is held on tight and wont rattle or pop out.

Finally got my stereo, xm radio, led lights wired, blue sea breaker wired, twin air compressor plumbed and wired, backup camera, caster correction plates, brakes bleed again(wow, with man a fre 7 line brake kit, ebc rotors and pads and a good flushing, this thing stops like a Lamborghini!!!), interior reinstalled, new odyssey 1500 and a few miles on it it is awesome!

Not much for pictures, but damn I’m in love with this thing. Can’t wait to wheel it!

Gave my 80's roof rack a 350 pound workout. Seemed to handle it pretty good. You'rewelcome @LS1FJ40 for the free store advertising!

Since my 80 worked so hard hauling the roof load, I spent the rest of the weekend doing mostly this...

But not before making my 80 even more jelouse with looking at a potential new garage mate!

Currently rebuilding my front knuckles, then it's on to new shift solenoids and tranny strainer, along with PHH (oh, boy!), heater hoses, PS hoses from the reservoir, and transmission cooler hoses. And probably some odds and ends in between. I can easily reach the PHH through the wheel well while rebuilding my birfs, so i figured hell, may as well.
edit: forgot to add new control arm bushings, all four tie rod ends, and a set of Bilstein shocks
