Well I got it all back in. It did require a lot more trimming. The sills where wire loom runs and the rear seat attachments. I still need to get my replacement cargo carpet from
@arcteryx to be fully done. I haven't mounted the PS seat so it will be easier to put the AC evaporator back in. That will be a few weeks as I have work out of town for the next couple of weeks.
I was able to do a better job installing my seat covers with the seats out. I can't wait until I find some manual seats.

I knew this was going to be a tedious job and luckily I could just puttered around on it. I easily have +20 hours in it. I went through a lot of simple green and Woolite. I degreased every piece of trim I removed. Degreased the entire floor and scribed it all nice and clean.
On a funny note when I had it all buttoned up I went to start it so I could move it. Crank, but no start. Fudge, no CEL light. I mess with the wiring a little, but not enough to mess up this circuit. I check the usual fuse culprits and the are good.
The hint is in the last picture. I'm an idiot.
