Oh that. Yeah I just assemble as needed. I have 1000ft spools of the wire and sleaving so I just put together as needed.

That should do it based on my experience. I wonder if there's an epoxy dip/spray That the board could be safely coated with.

Probably, but I doubt it's necessary as long as the water can get out. Everything is pretty low voltage and as long as it isn't submerged in water any corrosion would be so slow you likely would find and address the windshield issue before the board went bad.
Plus any board coating would make any component repair/replacement difficult in the future if needed.
I actually kinda want to drill the connector housings as that is another place water can get trapped and cause corrosion.. just didn't think about it before reinstall.
Besides.. I don't see my windshield being an issue any time soon. The current install is very good.. and if it gets replaced I'll be watching them like a hawk and testing the integrity of install afterward. Learned my lesson on that process already.

We have used a product by Sherwin Williams that came in a spray can and looked like a clear coating.
Got off to a flyer this weekend. Just finished my KISS storage system from @cruzerDave at Land Shark Outfitters. Did a little each night after work then knocked it out park tonight. Real simple to build and the build quality is outstanding. Now i need to find a set of handles and a carpet that matches the new one i installed earlier this year. @dcx13 gave me some pointers which i will explore tomorrow.

Well I got it all back in. It did require a lot more trimming. The sills where wire loom runs and the rear seat attachments. I still need to get my replacement cargo carpet from @arcteryx to be fully done. I haven't mounted the PS seat so it will be easier to put the AC evaporator back in. That will be a few weeks as I have work out of town for the next couple of weeks.
I was able to do a better job installing my seat covers with the seats out. I can't wait until I find some manual seats.
I knew this was going to be a tedious job and luckily I could just puttered around on it. I easily have +20 hours in it. I went through a lot of simple green and Woolite. I degreased every piece of trim I removed. Degreased the entire floor and scribed it all nice and clean.
On a funny note when I had it all buttoned up I went to start it so I could move it. Crank, but no start. Fudge, no CEL light. I mess with the wiring a little, but not enough to mess up this circuit. I check the usual fuse culprits and the are good.
The hint is in the last picture. I'm an idiot.

Welded up a tray for the fridge slider Im making, and threw in a set of KC Hi lite under hood lights, very bright lil fellas, also modded my rear drawer set up for before mentioned fridge slide, just waiting on anderson connector and Im 5 by 5
two weekends ago changed out the thermostat, rad hoses, phh, flushed out the rad, changed the coolant temp sensor since i was there and cleaned up the rust on the l/f door. last weekend was just loading up the sails and heading out to the boat
