Well I got it all back in. It did require a lot more trimming. The sills where wire loom runs and the rear seat attachments. I still need to get my replacement cargo carpet from @arcteryx to be fully done. I haven't mounted the PS seat so it will be easier to put the AC evaporator back in. That will be a few weeks as I have work out of town for the next couple of weeks.

I was able to do a better job installing my seat covers with the seats out. I can't wait until I find some manual seats.

I knew this was going to be a tedious job and luckily I could just puttered around on it. I easily have +20 hours in it. I went through a lot of simple green and Woolite. I degreased every piece of trim I removed. Degreased the entire floor and scribed it all nice and clean.

On a funny note when I had it all buttoned up I went to start it so I could move it. Crank, but no start. Fudge, no CEL light. I mess with the wiring a little, but not enough to mess up this circuit. I check the usual fuse culprits and the are good.

The hint is in the last picture. I'm an idiot.
Those seat covers Tho.

My family and I had an awesome trip to Moab and Colorado. I'm always humbled and grateful to be part of this country and this experience #ih8mud

Where's your ECM?

changed my fuel filter, changed oil and filter, installed a baby capsule anchor point ;)

Where's your ECM?

Winner, winner, chicken dinner.

Right when I checked the resistance of the fusible links, I looked up and saw the hole in the firewall where the AC lines run.

"You Idiot!"

Did you get the seat covers back in the day or are they new? I love them, PM me if more are available?

I've had the new set for abut 4 years. I haven't been back. If I go back to Tibet I'll let you know.

I have the back seat cover, I just need to find an upholster to cut seat belt holes and also cut it in half so the seats can fold down independently. They are made for manual seats so the fit isn't perfect.

The set came with a console cover too.

Mostly just stayed inside to stay out of the smoke and packed the 80 with pictures, just in case. The fire is still a ways a away, but not all my cars have full coverage insurance...We went and looked at it last night, super kudos to those guys that deal with that for a living. (Note - Stock photo, not my house)
