Took a day trip up to La Plata Canyon with my older brother and my oldest boy and daughter to do some site seeing and mild trails. All and all was pretty fun.

I'm in Walnut Creek. I'm a total newb to wheeling, but bought this rig specifically for it and to fit the family in it. Would love to go later this summer. I'm still recovering from a broken ankle. Actually the LX has become the DD because it is much easier for ingress/egress with crutches vs my BMW 3 series.. lol

Then used it to haul my little trailer out to my cousin's for some fabrication & welding.

I have this one wired up in the cargo area. Works GREAT, and it's nice being able to monitor voltage at the same time.

Unfortunately since the fiasco created by some here, she has not (unfortunately) posted so much. And before anybody starts I mean her participation not that it was photos of a lady....

A shame how some had to alienate a member like that....

Yep. Some people acted like jerks and pushed her away. I think it is cool that she is an avid Land Cruiser owner. And got her hands dirty. There aren't many die hard Land Cruiser women, it's a shame people pushed her away. And not because of her bikini pics. Who cares?!?! We are on the Internet, I literally have an endless supply of bikini pics.

And she got her husband hooked too. Bought a diesel 60.

Those are nice. I was originally thinking I wanted to keep it "stock" looking. But I think that may be the way to go.

Nice! Are you able to take some pics of the airbox installed. I would like to see how it fits. I have swapped a cummins 5.9 liter turbo diesel into my 80 and the safari snorkel can't flow enough air to feed the motor, I am going to need to go to a full 4" snorkel like you have, but want to see how much realestate your box takes up.

Where did you get the snorkel and box from?

Oh yeah, I installed a working CB and tuned all my antennas (antennae?). For what that's worth.
