Its more...what did my LX450 do for me this weekend.

In cleaning out the passenger side front seat today I looked over at the side of my drivers seat and saw a knob in the middle part of the seat [on the side].

Thought nothing off it assuming I had to have played with that thing at some point. Well I load the family up to take them shopping and figure I will see what that knob does. Well it adjust side bolsters!

I have had the truck since September.
I have racked up 8k miles on it in that time.
I have complained that the seats feel like a big huge couch and that the side bolster suck for most of my ownership.
I have considered finding seat covers to add thicker bolsters.
I am an idiot!

Oh the truck also turned 150k and I did an oil change this weekend to lol.

The side bolsters are to keep your pink panties from riding. Duh.

Spent the afternoon/evening continuing the push on the white 80. Installed OME stock height Springs and new stabilizer. The bilsteins on it still feel great. Then installed the collectors edition side trim I bought from a fellow murder a while back- I love it! Got the drivers side buffed and waxed and that's all I've got in me tonight!

Took the 3 year old aftermarket brake booster off as it crapped out on me and awaiting the free replacement. To my knowledge this is the only non-Toyota part on my 80 (that matters) and do regret not buying from OEM. I guess the only plus is that I can take one of these off an 80 in about 30 min without disconnecting the lines off of the master cylinder.

By the way.....makes for a perfect opportunity to check or replace the PHH.

Installed new dorman window motor in the driver door. Way fun in a utah winter w/o a garage.

Went fine except for none of the pigtails in the box fit my harness. had to re-pin the original shell. And then re-pin it again when i discovered I'd done it backwards. Still 1:banana: job.

Dunno how much the Mr. Heater Buddy helped the temperature in the immediate area, but it sure was nice to be able to thaw out my fungers.

Made sure all my winter survival/rescue gear was loaded in my 80. Snowpacalypse 2015 is hitting early tomorrow morning. FINALLY getting some snow in Iowa!!

I cleaned and lubed the window seals a little while back hoping it would get me through the winter but my driver window did not want to go back up during this latest cold snap. Fully cleaned and lubed the runs.

The LX had a BIG week!
