well I spent the day removing my rear seat and building a seat mount that uses the factor mounting holes and holds to front seats side by side. This mod along with my third row of two front seat facing rear ward gives me 6 bucket seats in my 60. I'll post some more pictures tomorrow when it's daylight.... but heres a few teaser pics.

I'm not finished with the front riser bracket, but in order to keep the seats low I removed the slider, and mounted the seat base directly to the frame. I need to add some gussets and finish welding the riser bar, but for the most part the design is done. It adds a lot more room and replaces that "flat" bench seat with more "comfortable" buckets, and allows a good amount of space per passenger on their outside side, it also makes getting in and out of the beck easier, again, no mod's to the body and I'm using original mounting locations

Hey mate

Looking good, I was looking at the picture for a while trying to workout what seats they were.

went wheeling witch lead to the fan ramming in to my rad... that was a 450 dollar fix for a rad a fan clutch, the fan clutch was 56 bucks so you do the math :/

Spent a little bit of time replacing window weatherstrip and glass channel runs. I also cleaned out the doors and coated the interiors with Fluid Film. I think it looks so much better without the chrome. Its nice to have fresh seals on the doors too.

That's looks awesome without the chrome, are you going to take the chrome strip off around the windows on the doors as well

Thanks Spudman, I think so too... Im a little hesitant about removing those small chrome strips around the glass. I suppose I can inspect and see how the paint is under there. However, I will be removing the chrome around the cargo class. Liftgate glass will have a solid black locking strip as well (truck came with no moulding at all on the rear glass seal anyway, so it needs something)

Good stuff Patrick

Mate where did you buy the rubber weatherstrips

Cruised it 455 miles roundtrip to the mountain for an early fishing and late season ski trip. And one the best parts of it was it actually hit 75 mph on the highway.

Finally got all my stuff to swap the water pump. All new hoses, gaskets, belts, etc.

dumb question...how do I remove the AC belt. the other two belts were obvious. For some reason this one isn't.

The red ones certainly come up nice with a wash, all my polishing gear turned today, so it's spit and polish item, I've been told I have to do the 200 first, the :princess: Has spoken :bang:

 Spudman
