Finally fixed the annoying OME front spring popping when turning by welding the internal sleeve in place. No more noise!

So that's what that noise is! Thanks! Now i know what to look for and how to fix it

Trying to coax another rad electrical vendor into making something. @NLXTACY

I've spent the last couple of weeks sourcing parts and all the info I could find on the harness. Would you be interested in one? I'm sourcing high quality parts as I want the best materials I can find. High temp wire, quality shrink tubing etc.

Most suppliers have a minimum quantity and price breaks when ordering enough parts. If the interest is there I could build a few of these. Not necessarily something I'd want to do as a vendor but if I could get a few people interested in them for the FJ60 then I'd price a few out and build some.

I'm north of Seattle myself. PM me if you're interested.

I would like to see those head lights at night from the driver seat perspective. Got any pictures?????? Jason
I'll get some tonight while I try and aim them better. They are shining low due to a little stink buggin from the OME lift.

Refinished and installed me rear bumper set up .

Picked up an iPhone mount at costco. $30 bucks for a two pack of these MagicMounts. Fits perfect.

got my rust free tailgate and hatch at the body shop...keep your best feet forward....it pays off.../it has to...
Decal removal and did some temporary rust repair on the back. Wasn't going for showroom look, just wanted to keep it from spreading more before I can actually pull the lift gate off and take a long weekend to do it well. It does at least look better though.

Looks great! I've been looking at mine and considered adding some backing so it's a bit thicker. Does the lack of thickness bother you?

Time will tell. Some thin foam would work I think. I did wash the blanket with hot water to shrink the weave a bit before install though.

Sorry they are not better quality. I like them so far. They are a little more blue than I would like though.

Took off my 8 year old desmogged Carburetor and installed a Really desmogged carb.

@Racer65 sells a high quality Japanese carb with one vacuum Port.

Bolted it up. Fired it up.

Still need to plug vacuum lines and ports. Reading old threads now on how to.

Dang, that cityracer carb looks good! Wish I would have bought one a month ago when I was debating on trollhole, cityracer, and then a JimC rebuild.

Did you have to buy the spacer they recommended for the factory air cleaner to fit?
