@DickM and friends stopped by the shop today and picked up his order. He got to see the storage drawers in the 200. Here they are installed in the 60.

I'll be developing the wings/braces for the 60 series in the next few weeks.

EDIT--- 60 pics now..

Storage drawers arrived. I have 2 sets to test fit into 4 rigs (60,80, 100 & 200) I'll have to make a set of wings for the 60 series.

Poppy might get a set.

J, one of the reasons I chose the cargo storage panels was I couldn't find a draw set for the 62. How can I incorporate the drawer set and the storage panels? VERY interested in a drawer set for my 62.

I'll email you. I have several guys interested in the 60 series as well.

Looks like I'm first on Saturday. Been working on installing my new 4plusproducts.com bumper. Dave makes a nice bumper - tell him I sent you. Of course, first one must wreak destruction on the 'cruiser's butt - remove stock bumper and center brace. Before you even start this make sure you have an air hammer and chisels (I bought the Chicago Pneumatic CP7150 kit), cut-off wheel, BFH, and lots of determination and patience. Those 30-year old bumper bolts and chassis rivets are tough. An issue I had was a welded on Reese hitch that had to come off as well - I ended up going to a fab shop and having a guy torch that off.

After getting the old bumper off. To do this I had to remove the 3 mount rivets to the frame on each side, because almost all the nuts were seized.

Hitch is no longer needed and is welded right in the way:

There are 4 rivets on each side of the center bumper crossbar you need to get out. I sawzall'd the piece in two down the middle, so I could wiggle each half out after chiseling and grinding the rivets out. All done this morning, with only one mildy skinned knuckle.

Before I try to fit and bolt in the new bumper, I need to address the rust under there, do some brushing and POR. I'd like to remove the spare tire hanger assy, or should I leave that? Hmmm.

Installed two M548 ammo boxes in the cargo bay. These are the big ones with internal dimensions of 17-1/4" L x 7-1/2" W x 14" DP and are used for 40mm, 20mm, and 7.62 ammo. These will be used to stow tools and recovery gear. They are positioned in the cargo bay dead spots between the wheel well arches and tail gate.

Bolted cargo tie down rings thru the floor and use turnbuckles from the rings to the boxes. Used turnbuckles rather than ratchet straps so I can remove the lids without fooling with a strap. Both ends of the box are tied down the same way.

This photo shows the left side. Same arrangement on the right. I will be using heavier turnbuckles than what is shown in this photo.

Let's see some pictures! Sounds cool.

There ya go..........got a photo posted.

I know it's not a high class expedition rig quality gear box, but it fits right in with the "utilitarian" condition of the vehicle. It is not a show rig.

Bumper is on.

Painted the bumper parts and pieces after getting back from my trip to the Trail Tailor world headquarters to pick them up.

Fixed my carb cooling fan by re-wiring it to the temp sensor on the intake manifold. I desmogged several months ago and I've been without the fan. Sure sounds satisfying for some reason to hear that fan blow after you shut down the engine haha.

Here's a pic (because everyone likes pictures).

I also decided to re-plumb the Choke Opener back into my desmogged system. If you have the lower BVSV in good condition (both ports unbroken), I recommend plumbing it in. Run a line from the inner port of the BVSV to one of the intake fuel filter ports, and the other port directly to the Choke Opener. The emissions manual calls for a bleed line to the air cleaner, but I found that it isn't really necessary (at least for my climate).

Here's a pic showing the bleed line. The problem is that there is an inline restrictor valve required to let vacuum slowly bleed out. This valve is NLA of course. So my work around was to just bypass it completely.

Thanks for the help @Output Shaft !
