Changed the gas cap, got new shoes and dipped the rims.

Ordered parts yesterday for leaky radiator (ordered a denso), and parts for a valve stem seal job which I'll be tackling in about three weeks.

Been using the Prado more and more as a mobile office. Makes for a good workday when you can take a break and cool off with a swim in very inviting waters.

Damn, talk about rubbing it in!
Hey! I only included working and pre-fun pictures.....I thought rubbing it in would be if I included the pics of how fun the waves were or of the Hawaiian Tropic girls that showed for a photo shoot while we were there!

Did the H9 conversion...much much better. Also used the mequires powerball to jazz up my headlights, fogs, and tails.

I installed 24,000 lumens worth of high and low beam LED bulbs, and ordered my secondary shock setup for the front, valved and remote resi 2.5 icon shocks for the rear, and jounce bumps all around.

Started the winterization process today by pulling the rubber plugs and blowing out my rockers of dirt and grime. From there I sprayed the inside of the doors with Fluid Film. Hopefully I can knock out the full Fluid Film treatment in the next week when time and weather permits. I also procured some front brakes off a 2016 4Runner for a big brake upgrade while taking care of a seized caliper at the same time. Last but not least, I broke my 3rd brake light trying to get that sucker off. I noticed some water trailing down the glass from above during the last rainstorm and figured the light had to be the source, looks like it was too from the dried water spots I could . Now it's really going to leak!

Hey gang. I'm new to the GX world. I've had several Land Cruisers, and love this thing! It will remain fairly stock other than a 2" lift, as my 80 is unstoppable on trails. I got the GX specifically as a dune basher, and it kept an ear to ear smile on my friends and my face all day at the St Anthony Sand Dunes in ID. There's just something about rallying around a 35 degree bowl doing 50!! I love this VVTI. Got a lot of wtf looks as I rolled up in my luxury SUV!

Timing belt and water pump. Just a side note, KDSS makes it a little more difficult to reach a couple of the bolts that are needed to do the job. This is my 5th UZ family timing belt that I've done. Not bad in a GX.

Installing power stop rotors & Z23 pads all around, hopefully they'll be decent . $40 rebate brings price down to about $240 for all four wheels .

Upper hoops shipped as did the secondaries! Just waiting on rears, jounce, and custom adaptors for the tie rods
