Hey- that looks nice. I may just do that. Did you do the same thing on your side vents?

No, my side vents are the open type for better ventilation.

will be missing the state 4wd assoc meeting tomorrow since the plumber will have to be here all day to completely replace my drain system :frown: so i may be putting on a stock intake and for now a weber and getting rid of the offy and edelbrock, which should've been done today...;)

Doc,
no im not the PO, I would still own it! Its nice. It does look familiar, not the Tailgate though.
Im sure I seen it when was for sale here locally, it was in a yard near where I work. That would be close to 6-7 years ago though. The one I remember had those 60 series wheels, bucket seats and was a >75 model (non full floater rear). Tailgate was standard. Maybe the same one?
What ever you do, I hope you keep the colour, its soo australian!
Dave

Sounds like mine, except mine is a 75.

I was bummed when I found it had a standard rear axle. I wanted the floater!

Today: New dash cap and tried to wire up the fog's. No dice. I'm wondering if the relay is shot. Time to break out the ohm meter.

At least the dash looks nice now!

Polishing up the piggy! It needs to look good for "Cruise Moab".

Cruise Moab the shake down run for Relic Run 2010? ;)

My "Shake Down Run" was in March 2007. Canada to Guatemala City, Guatemala! I figure if my 34 year old piggy can make it to Central America and back is can certainly do Moab or 150 miles in the Utah Unita Mountains on the Relic Run, but yes, I am planning on the Relic Run too and I'll probably polish it up for that too.

Got it back from the transmission repair shop. No more noisy transfer case. Really glad I picked up a used transfer on CL last year and glad the shop would swap it in.
