I installed a rv cam shaft, springs, and seals/gaskets. That should make the engine leak free. Installed a new front output seal on the transfer case. Now I need to reseal the crawler box and I should be all leak free.

Drove it home from the mechanics!

Does it stop now when you step on the brakes?

YES!

The tip to check the 40 section for similar issues with CCOT cylinders was the key. I didn't know that there was a 'known issue' with bleeding them. Stops great now.

Now- on to the dash project!

Little Shakedown run

Just went for a little shakedown run in Moab Ut. Still needs a little bit of work, need to adjust the alignment, roll back the caster, and work on a couple of rattles. What a nice day to be out wheeling around.

Thanks! It is going to be a lot of fun in Colorado and Utah! I took it on a shakedown run during the Easter Jeep Safari weekend here in Moab, and it was awesome how well it did. I ran a few of the tougher climbs that the jeepers were having problems with unlocked. Haha. It is a cool scene here during Jeep week. Its amazing how much I missed having this truck while Eric had it. When I had it shipped out here the day it arrived was like Christmas. lol.

Ryan.

bumpers- stage 1 of rear and stage 2 of front bumpers(understatement of the year award???) Hooks should not have been there.....

Zackery. Me think larger "tusks" are in order....still on the fence about some fender guard wingy things, but I don't want to do too much, and besides, the approach angle is too good just how it is!

Drove mine around town today to borrow a big ass torque wrench for the 80 front crank bolt. the weekend guys at work hadn't seen any of my pigs, they both like it.
