Got into the 70 a bit more today, got tailgate open, glass removed. Clips, rear window runner and parts look almost new, don’t think this pig got used much, lots of parts like new

Is your seal housing machined out to fit two seals? Once I did that, never had a leak or a seep there again.

goofed around taking another tailgate apart to harvest the window keyed switch. I’m starting to (almost) understand this. . While pondering things noticed this oddity. Anyone know what it’s for? I’m hoping, but not expecting, it’s to power a blender.

Original trucks came with a plug in under hood light to help with night repairs. Seen the actual plug outlet many times but never seen a live light…only pictures.

First time into this, all stock so far as I can tell, possibly never serviced in its life…pretty beat.

I might have a lead on a better drum.
