4 inch angle grinder with metal cut off discs first and then a 4 inch grinding stone to clean the welds back. Easy mate just take your time cutting and checking as you go.

Yeah, I know... I have everything to doing it just dreading it due to me usually screwing up stuff like this!

Sir, I do not know how you are setup to use air tools, but I have found that die grinders (straight and a 90 degree model) with cut off wheels are a handy complement to the angle grinder. The die grinders can get into some of the spots that the angle grinder can't. Good luck. Be sure to wear hearing protection and dust filters with much grinding.

That bearing can be harvested from a 1FZ A/C tensioner pulley (88440-26090) which is readily available and not very expensive. I used one on my BJ74.

And the NSK bearing number for your PS IDLER/adjuster pulley. This will be useful down the line for replacement since the bearing is not available separately from the pulley from Toyota and the pulley is discontinued. Applicable for 3B and 13B-T engines with PS:

That looks exactly like the ones that came in my Kaymar. Those too are 10-30 volt.

And finally-- big here -- chopped that damn bumper off!!! Man that was a task with a sawzall... Went through 3 blades to cut both c-channels off...

Now the arduous task of carefully grinding the rest off without damaging the real frame rails so I can mount my ARB... That's gonna be an all day affair I fear...

Whatever clown did this I curse them for the remainder of time!!

Ward, I'm in the process of trying to get a bulk order from Australia. Individually they are around 140$ AU a pair. I'm waiting on a quote now for the order.

If it works out, I'll be glad to sell them independently of my bumper builds.

Beno you will need the 25mm or 1 inch extension for the 80 or 4 runner booster with a 10mm x 1.25 threaded bolt cut down to extend the rod length from 5 to 6 inches.

That little extension cost me a week of time as the machine shop I use was very busy.
I wish i had a lathe.
