Installed new license plate light lens, gaskets, and bulbs. Just a quick freshening up.

Pulled the fan and water pump pulley to see how water pump looks.
Also got the a/c evaporator out. Evaporator housing had some trash and bugs from Japan in it.

So there is a cool small grommet missing from JDM standard vehicles with no AC.
Yes, lucky me.... A 7x with no AC. No worries, I just keep the top off.
Anyway, on the JDM stuff there is the hole for the AC hardlines. I was missing the grommet.
Luckily it is available. Classic rubber manufacturer for Toyota: INOAC.
I had to cut a small hole on the bottom portion of this to allow my wires for the fridge to come through and go to the battery.
Other than that it was a nice direct fit. This part also fits the front two radiator core support holes that allow for the AC lines to go to the condenser depending on your market, RH or LH. Keeps crud out, or keep it open and it allows air into the already warm diesel environment.

Got started on another customers 70 rear.. Some of you know... I'm about to get these rears fully CNC designed cut and bent... I will offer them in fully welded out or as a DIY kit...
@Delancy and I worked a deal on a front valance, @beno, has FROR on this design... SO a front shell style bumper will soon follow...

Oil Change (engine, trans and transfer)
Refitted injection pump
Replaced both rear universals
Sealed transfer output splines
New oil feed and drain lines for the turbo
New alt and ac belts
Fitted RTT and new brackets for the awning.
Time for fishing.

It seems that way, and to be quite honest, I've been so busy at work that hardly get time to do anything with the two trucks. My life after October 2015 should be a little easier (I hope). There has been some progress on the 40, and small changes to the 70. Just haven't had time to update the threads.
I do drive the BJ70 on occasion, but not as much as I would like.
