New rear view mirror. Correct for the RHD if you have a hard top or an FRP top.

Not correct for a soft top with some part changing. It comes with the metal bracket inside to mate to the front but the holes do not line up of you have a soft top. You will need to reuse your metal tab from the soft top mirror you take off to make it happen.

Any way, great upgrade and was able to withstand the 3B shake between 1-2-3 and stay still. Great purchase.

Unfortunately you have to have import paper work to get this from Toyota. Without it your parts drone will stare at you as if he was dreaming of a Prius battery or a 2AZ-FE oil filter.

It looks to be the same PN as for the LHD North American spec BJ70. Paperwork still required?

Last two weekends have been all about rear lighting for me. Put 4.7m of 5050 waterproof warm-white LED strip light into the moulding around the edges of the roof lining in the back. It is wired up with a three position switch (on/off/door) with a door switch on the small door.

Made up extendable light poles to suit the kaymar swingaway arms, 2 x 24w LED work lights on the left hand arm, 2 x 48w LED work lights on the right hand arm. Set up to either be switched individual from cord switches on the back, or from a dash switch for use as additional reverse lights when off road.

@beno, can you be a bit more specific on the paperwork required? Is there a specific form that is needed - perhaps a gummermint form number?

For my truck, I provided the following:

"Declaration: Importation of Motor Vehicles and Motor Vehicle Equipment Subject to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety, Bumper and Theft Prevention Standards": OMB NO. 2127-0002. This shows that the vehicles is exempt from these standards. (25 years or older)

"US EPA Declaration Form: Importation of Motor Vehicles and Motor Vehicle Engines Subject to Federal Air Pollution Regulations": OMB 2060-0095. This shows that the vehicle is exempt from these standards (21 years or older)

"US Dept. of Homeland Security: Entry and Immediate Delivery": OMB NO 1651-0024. This shows the vehicle is legally in the US.

I also had to provide Japanese Export Certification that the vehicle left Japan legally.

These all had to be signed, witnessed, etc. by the importer. Toyota needed all of these on file to release the part to me as an off-line order. The part is available in the US.

Very cool folding wiper arms were imported or were from Toyota dealer in the states?
