Very cool!
I have and like the ubolt flips… I wondered if they would work with parabolics.

What size tires you have?
Thanks! Yeah they’re great. Previous owner had them on the front years ago, the rear set came with the truck but were never installed until now.
They work great with the parabolics
The tires are 315 / 75 / R16 or 35x12.5”
hows the load carrying ability on those
Only been driving with them for a couple days but initial impressions are really great. With ~300lb of gear in the back and the square tube bumper and spare, no change in ride height and handles very well. They’re marketed for up to 500kg, and I believe you can also get add a leafs for these. Huge difference compared to the old ome cs017R

Refreshed the suspension on the BJ74 over the last couple days,
Terrain Tamer parabolic leafs (thanks George and Roarke!),
5.8” shackles and U-bolt flip kits from MAF,
& cheap and longer BDS shocks for now.
I was able to clean up and reuse the caster wedges.
The ride is seriously transformed, the 18 year old OME setup had crumbled and cracked bushings and was on its last legs. This lift brought the rear end up nearly 4 inches and feels unreal.

What’s your measurement from center of hub to wheel well?

Well, the 70 is washed and waxed and ready for the Greenwood car show tomorrow. I hope the rain stops.

You’re welcome to send it this way. Two new fires started in the mountains 40 miles west of town yesterday, they’re already at 500 acres each.

Began installing a wolfbox rear view replacement mirror/cam today. Thankfully it's happy with 24 volts so I didn't have to get creative with my house battery and relays...

I got the 10 inch version and it "just" fits. Meaning it doesn't quite fit. There's a tiny bit of rub as the visor swings past it but hopefully not enough to throw it out of alignment on mornings when I'm heading east, then turning south and switching the visor back and forth.

This unit has a fw facing dashcam and also provides a backup cam. Haven't gotten to that part yet. This afternoon was spent carefully fishing wires through a 34 year old headliner and then down the A-pillar. For now it's attached to the existing mirror with the included rubber straps.
