Not worth making a new thread over but am wondering if anyone knows how to remove this (if it came on your JDM cruiser)? I have trying to figure it out but feel like I am going to break something. It is like some device used for tolls in Japan.

The small coil had tiny pieces that smoked at first because it was the first one I glued so the consistency was too runny and dropped on the coil, but after burning the tiny pieces it seemed to stop. If I were doing it again, and in the US, I would try to find some ceramic type slurry or glue or something which must exist. I was actually also a little surprised it worked! Would be nice to know the exact resistance of the new coils as I was guessing. Sooo awesome to have back the nice slow flow of AC.I am amazed the JB Weld held up to the heat.
Good job!

McMaster Carr company does indeed sell ceramic-based glue. The small coil had tiny pieces that smoked at first because it was the first one I glued so the consistency was too runny and dropped on the coil, but after burning the tiny pieces it seemed to stop.
