Rustoleum dark gray
I like the black on my 65.....almost wanted gray because of the gray hardware but they came black and it works for me.....
Your black rims look great! Actually, I use to have raised white lettered tires on my 442, but never thought they looked so hot on a cruiser...but seeing them on your white '65, I believe I was wrong with this assumption 
When you get a chance, Eshan is getting some vintage hubcaps made, and they would really look great on your '65

I thought the same exact thing. Its extremely close to the oem toyota color.
I did mine in a metallic black, and it looks great. I know its not stock but i love it.
Just did these in Semi-gloss black, next to original Cygnus White paint from 1965. 
But I do like grey. I'll probably try the Rustoleum Smoke Grey too before I powder coat...

Is there a OEM paint code?If I take the rims to a powder coater what do I tell them? I am sure they are going to want a paint code or something right? I don't know. Or do I take them the paint?
ask them for their color samples. They should have some. Also if you powdercoat make sure they prime/base/clear the wheels will look awsome!

Powder coat Grey.....but i gatta say lookin at the black rims on these other rigs that i may have to swap.....And i love the old...old school rims......

For the OP - with a tan body, I'd go with OEM'ish gray wheels.
