Listening through sound systems that size at concerts is part of the reason my hearing is half gone :)

What?

Id have to play the 20khz to 10hz sweep off my IASCA Official Competition Disc, and see if the windows of my neighbors houses flex inward

This?

That would work. Wasnt the track I was thinking about, but this one is much mo bettah. The other is just a 30-45 second sweep from 20k to 20 or 10hz

How about ........ :D

That looks painful without even opening the video. I can imagine my ears bleeding by 20 seconds in.

How bout a 747 takeoff with an omnidirectional mic? Or the scene from Independence Day when the aliens blow up the first set of bldgs.

If you haven't seen insanity test before it is definitely worth opening (and harmless)

I took the test and found it to remind me of something from long ago. I think your reaction can even determine the TYPE of mental illness you may have. Fascinating . . .

Dug this one out of the archives for the drive in this morning. Great band and Sweet Oblivion is a helluva great album.

It was 1985. Everybody was listening to Madonna and Wham!. Then there was this....

Ian Astbury has to be one of the most underrated vocalists of all time. The Cult went on to make their next album, Electric, which is one of those albums that you can play start to finish and love every song. Don't believe me? Try it!

I fully agree with both of those choices, Dave, even though that Cult tune has British New Wave/Dance written all over it.

Not sure why that made me think of this one. The product placement in the opening scene just reinforces that metal bands would endorse anything. Seriously...Papermate? And does anyone else think that @RedHeadedStepChild might be in this band???

Was just coming here to post a tribute to Chester. What a legend.

Saw him perform as lead singer for STP, filling in for Scott Weiland, last year. Glad I got to see Chester perform live before he died.

Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington dies aged 41
